    st hubert's day 3rd november,,been the patron st of hunters im thinking of having a five bird roast,,, canada goose stufft with a fat malard,stuffed with a pheasant ,stuffed with a wood pig,stuffed with a wog hen,,,,,,,all coated in garlic butter,, and cookt in last years elderbery wine,, ...so hears to st hubert...

    we eat loads of pigeons ,,just pull the wings off,,snap of the feet -get your fingers under the ribcage and just pull out the breast ,the rest goes to the ferrets ..boil the meat in a pan with a lid on it,, believe me its lush with any meal :- especially chips & egg....also nice on butties with ginger jam.

    earlier this year i got a gloster canary,, it was brought from a cattle market by a friend,, it was sold as pair,,enyway i ended up with one,,all it does is sit on its seed tray and eat,,it even roosts on it ,so i take it out the cage ov a night time,,,,,also it dwarfs my scottish fancy who sings is head of,id recommend one to anybody...as enyone else kept glosters ? im beginning to think it aint worth the price of the seed.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ​hello,im alan.rob,,,ive ad a life long interest in field sports , especially -ferrets & lurchers .i do a bit of fishing now & again,, (for trout given half a chance)..ive got a 12 month old lurcher -which ive been very patient with a whippet-collie cross ,but getting there.also 2 young polecat jill ferrets that are kept at a friend's house.i keep a couple of cage birds,,...i just like moochin about really as you do,
