OK , I will most probaly get shot down as this has most probably been discussed...but I cant find it......looking to start feeding me two dogs raw meat from Landywoods , but need some advice on the best way to approach this. I dont have much time at night boiling veg ,liquadising etc....notice on Landywoods you can get meat +veg mix,chicken and veg mix etc.....would using one of those mixes give the dog the daily nutrition it needs ? or would you still need to add mixer or another supplement with it......at the moment I feed one dog just Burns dry complete and the other one has biscuit with a

Just started doing some road work with the dogs , never really bothered before just use to take them for a run round the fields.But speaking to someone the other day they reckon road work will get a dog fitter than just taking for a walk round the fileds.... Anyway I usally do three miles round fields and now doing 3 miles on the road , but have noticed that there pads are going really smooth , it even looks like they are wearing out??...crazy I know... Do I stop walking them and walk them every other day?, also got told to bath them in salt water after a walk cause that will harden them up

Some good news....even though the vet could not get my ferret tested for ADV the test cam back that I had a biological virus ( a bit sceptical) , and been assured that now all my ferrets have had a antibiotic jab and everything has been cleaned and scrubbed down with Vercon ( I use to use supermarket own and cleaned everyday ) ,I should have no more trouble...........I am not a 100% convinced but I hope he is right, thankyou to all the people who offered me ferrets and support. Yeah sounds a great idea , and the ones not showing any symtoms I will shoot them as well.........then if it comes back a negative......I wont feel bad after spending god knows how many years building this line up......... f**k it I will shoot my dogs as well......never know could be them treading in mink piss that spread it !!!!!!!!

The reason we are pumping it full of fluids and antibiotics is for a couple of reasons 1. not 100% if thats what it has 2. we need to try and keep her going to get a blood test and also if it dies you only have so long before you can do a post mortem....I know it sounds cruel but if it does prove positive we can warn people...if it we dont get a result it will be hear say and nobody will bother............. All so the source could be anything from treading in Mink urine .....or from the dogs bringing it in......... I do feel bad about keeping her alive and yes I would have her put down
