id consider a bitch greyhound but not sure how they would get on with my 2 kids 1 is 5 other only 3 that would be my consern any one know where the nearist rescue is too me im in derby there use to be a breeder racer at ilkeston near the hospital not sure if hes still going as he was an old fella goingback 6 yrs cheers leighton

skycat any tips for mine chucking them out when just a few days old nice pics and birds my pics taken with phone so bit crap ive only had my birds for yr and half ive pretty much just leave them alone i have 3 pairs of canaries not sure what they are cheers leighton

ive had this same thing happen but it was in a big aviary i just left them too it all kits were fine but it was a big area ive also breed rabbits in this way and gini pigs even leaving the males in cheers leighton

i will get more finches but after losing all mine ive been waiting budgies are easy to breed just chuck a box in and grit they do the rest as same for finches but ive been told canaries you have to pair them in breeding cages and use pans for nesting ive put pans in there but never been into breeding them enough to pair etc fur and feather auctions dirt cheap for birds ive always fancied putting some quails in the bottom for all the food they nock out the feeders been told ther good aviary cleaners cheers leighton

my aviary is 2 seperate aviarys small walk way in the middle so you can open the doors without them escaping i use to keep finches and canaries in one side other side budgies and kakarikis etc now i only have a hand full of canaries a couple of java sparrows and one java dove for some reason i lost within a couple of weeks about 40 finches my whole stock i now keep my ferrets in the left hand aviary ive never succesfully raised any canaries in my aviary they lay the eggs but once they hatch they throw them out as for finches started with about 9 ended with loads in a very short time they bree

hi all ive read a few links on feeding raw meat and im thinking of trying it i have a 3month old lurcher pup and a 8 yo rotti dog if i was to go to my butchers what should i ask for or exactly what do you guys give per day ie full chicken mixed with veg or whatever also what sort of costs my lurcher is very active my rotti is not thanks leighton

never tried snares but im interested in trying some how much are they to buy (and were from im in derby)or can you make them ive read the article on how to set the hight etc any tips and info would be great a couple a week to feed the ferrets will do me at first as i only work a small area once a month thanks leighton

hi all im new to the site ive worked ferrets for a couple of years now and realy enjoy it ive always wanted a lurcher dog since i started ferreting but having 2 big dogs at home has never been possible last year i lost my oldest gel of 10yrs so i brought my new lurcher pup just a few weeks ago hes 3 months old now his mum was greyhound/deerhound dad was greyhound collie/whippet or so i was told i dont expect him to be the best but for those hard to get at holes or for the rabbit that slips the net he can chase those cut a very long story short will he learn to chase and maybe even catch the ra
