  1. I did ask him just that and he was very vague and unconvincing. I think he might be dealing in dogs, have no hard facts to back that up, just a feeling. I know of a plummer for sale, 14mths and bushing and ratting like mad. Will probably buy him, just he's nearly 200 mile away, only thing that's stalling me.
  2. cut out any milk and raw meat until it passes.
  3. The guy that's sellin them has too many dogs and lives close to Dublin City and needs to disperse of some as he's getting complaints from neighbours against barking. He says they've just done a bit of bushing and showed very keen, but that's it. He says he traveled 150 mile to buy them and paid a lot of money for them, as they're from really good (rillington) lines. There's a good plummer also for sale, 14 mths, bushing and ratting like mad apparently. Will likely take one or the other.
  4. Yea have wondered if they were genuine or not and I don't know enough about them to tell. Might be better off getting a plummer or jack russell instead for ratting.
  5. Hi there, My background in dogs comes from working Greyhounds and Whippets, but I fancied a terrier to do a bit of mainly ratting/rabbiting/bushing with and I've always liked the look of the Bedlingtons. I saw 2 x 11mth bitches for sale , advertised locally that are supposed to be from 'Rillington' lines. They look like working beds alright, but seem to be very small at about 13" to shoulder and about 17-18lb weight. I asked the fella about their size and he said they were bred that way to go to ground. Are there working beds that are that small? Cheers Mark
