Aye Timmy, I reckon it is, just waiting to hear back from the landowner of our main permission to see if we can still shoot there. All being well I will be getting out soon. If it falls through there could be a rifle for sale lol.

Congrats toons on your purchase, that's a good package for that money.

yep MK3 all the way, the action even has the mk3 giveaway of writing and a dp number. It's bull barrel and also sat in a very abused mk3 stock. Cracking guns when not all abused like that one.

Wow, you finally got your hw100 whilst I've not been on here. She sure does look nice! Well played on the mixed bag, just goes to show you can still miss with a pcp.

Cheers guys, been busy with work and family, have not been shooting since July I think! That should change soon as I have planned a few outings weather permitting. Sorry to hear numbers were down Timmy, maybe your doing a better job on them than you know! Pro Sport has been cradled in my time away but not shot lol!

Hi there,
I owned a PS first but it suffered from a few problems that meant I had to send it back to air arms. To be fair their customer service was spot on. Couldn't fault it. They fixed the rifle and sent it back. Unfortunately the post man decided to drop the box causing the box to rip and the rifle to fall out which caused major damage to the action. I contacted air arms and obviously showed my disgust and to be fair to them they gave me another rifle. To cut a long story short I fell out of love with the PS due to my problems and decided to get a 97KT stage 2 tuned by SFS.
That rifle was a dream after SFS tuned it and it was very very accurate with just a dull quick thud for recoil. It was probably one of the best rifles I've ever owned but the weight and the fit of the rifle meant it always felt uncomfortable to shoulder and shoot. This was more a personal preference than a niggle about the rifle. No matter how brilliant the rifle was I always felt a bit awkward shouldering it.
I soon started hankering after the pro sport again as it was lighter, looked more pleasing to me anyway and shouldered so perfect! I swapped rifles with Zini from here and have never looked back. It did suffer from the same niggles my original one did such as a boingy firing cycle but this was soon remedied by Timmytree from here. Tim worked his magic on the PS and I instantly noticed a remarkable difference.
They are both exceptional rifles and will be far more accurate than I could ever shoot them but the Pro Sport for me was the better option. I would suggest though that if you have the money everyone should own an SFS rifle at some stage as their work really is the best I have seen in the tuning scene for spring piston rifles and their customer service is also second to none.

Another cracking video mate, finally got to watch it after our evening hunt. Thanks for the kind comment on my shot, I was well chuffed with that shot!
Your hw80 really is a serious piece of kit, it was like watching the terminator when you walked that one veg patch and shot all 3 bunnies one after the other! Certainly hits with a crack that !

Hey there! Welcome and enjoy your stay. I've gained more info from this site and its friendly members than I have from all the other forums on the net put together!

I never quite understood the guy, but we all choose which furrow we plough in life. I would normally let poeple like Miles pass along but there was something that just ground my gears about him. the more that comes to light, the more they grind!
Oxygen thief? I think his mother raised the after birth
Hey trench, not knocking your opinions but I think that everyone should refrain from making it a personal attack on family members. I know it was probably a throw away comment but let's keep this factual.
Sorry buddy, don't want to offend you.

Do you know Steve if he came to my door now I would still treat him like a brother. I'm not gonna run him down, I've never spoken badly of him and have actually defended him to some people. I'm just sad it ended the way it did. Maybe you can't be friends with everyone without pissing someone off.
Lesson learnt!

What I will say in his defense is he does have genuine permissions to hunt on. He didn't have 'permission' to live where he did. Just thought I would defend my old friend!
Maybe I'm defending him way to late and why I was such a bad friend!

I met miles for the first time in feb 2012 and I considered him a mate. I only lived several miles away and we soon became shooting partners on land we had permission.
I shared some really fun and good times with him and he came across in person alot different to the one everyone sees on the net.
I guess I was his ying and he my yang given our ideals couldn't be further from each other but we gelled. I knew mike didn't have permission to live where he did, that wasnt my battle so didn't really care as I could see in terms of squatters he was treating the land he was on with respect, not littering and was loved by the locals.
I tried to help him and his family as much as I could and he's even been to my house several times. My kids loved him and I also now and again took him shopping for food supplies due to him not having transport.
I have publicly defended him on most occasions on here to be mocked by other members but I believed that's what friends do and back each other when they believe they should.
I then designed and made a new website for miles called airgun addicts whereby I was granted admin to supply written articles of reviews etc. I made the logos for that site as well.
Since miles got banned several things have happened!
Si my mate and range shooting partner moved to Gloucestershire and we go shooting together alot.
Miles didn't agree that I had treated him in a fair way and said I am hanging around with his enemies and its not fair I keep telling him where I have been and with whom, I then got told I never defended him when he was banned as friends should, but I cannot defend someone who is on a self destruct target! I did step in when a member got so cross with him he threatened violance and it was immediately removed. I would be betraying myself if I didn't intervene on one person offering another violance.
The upshot is that since the start of June this year I was told by miles he could no longer be close to me, he was closing a chapter of his life, THL and along with that me. He hasn't been in touch since that time, doesn't want to know me anymore after all we went through and has even banned me from airgun addicts, a site that was a joint venture and I made all the graphics for. I have no way to remove my graphics from a site he now runs and shit me out off and have been cast to the side.
Who's the c**t now? Miles? No its me, that's the way I've been left to feel whilst he carries on laughing.
An I hurt by it all? Yeah big time!
Sorry if this bored the f**k out of everyone but its not just si, Davey, tony or miles this has effected. Here lies another casualty of being mugged off!
