    mine is 6 with a leg missing not quite as old as yor lot but worked hard loves to be out lamping he was a very fast dog till the bad injury not bad on 3 legs though

    Where did that ring tail come from, not often seen a tail doing that on a deerhound cross, thats the 1st time i have seen him do that his tail isn't like that normaly he was pissed with me lol he had pulld a muscle and i was wonting to take a pick and the lad wasn't botherd

    you would be better of with a very well bred beddy whippet gh or something along those lines if thats all you wona do Yeah I'm looking at all sorts of different crosses and breeds I'm gona take my time and choose a dog that will be right for me and fit in with my pack Cheers JD a friend of mine had a good beddy whippet gh many many years back it did bunnys no probs hares day / night fox single even took roe gamest little thing i ever saw Sounds a good cross , the dog would be doing alot of ferreting and mooching so something like this would be suitable will be up to that ta

    i use a thread but it is for leather it takes some snapping if you pull it then i run it threw beaz wax to waterproof it you can buy it of ebay and comes with a few needles

    i worked one for a short spell only bushing i got her so i dould pt my old dh x over her she was free to good home of a lad who raced em it was hard work geting her back but she was on the rabbits in a flash very quick never had owt with her as it was just a short time i had her but i think they would be good but one down fall there feet i dont think they would last a hard seasan this is why the x them and get ya lurchers
