    i know that greyhound men leave there bitches for 11 weeks once they break ive seen it myself as ive raced a few dont think it really matters with a lurcher tho as there only chaseing game 21 days is fine as long as shes dried up just make sure u flush any milk out of her epson salts does the job

    Looking for opinions on greyhound bull whippet crosses any good on foxes or does the 6/8 greyhounds hold them back a bit have 2 ready to start.

    if the bitch is over 18 months, hammer away. youll soon find out if she makes the grade shes only 12 months now but would honestly have a go at anything wired to the moon but great temparment around the yard or with the kids but once shes in a feild or out hunting she turns into a physco lol

    hi guys ive hust bought a lurcher for my two sons who are very keen into hunting only ferreting and lamping in the past but are now looking to hunt foxes both night and day . the bitch i bought them is out of a 7/8 coursing greyhound bull to a 5/8 greyhound collie bull she is a big bitch standing 27" and as wicked as they come im just wondering whats the best age to try them at foxes because alot of people are telling me that ill put her off if she gets a bad bite the bitch killed two tom cats already one at 7 mnths and one at 11 mnths hence the reason why this man sold her to me she has no b

    the guy that owns her only lives 30 yards from me hes hunting a life time and has the best of stock shes well used to ferrets and is kenneled with another dog. he reckons she is as wicked as they come espacilly around rabbits and stuff he garantees her to work or money back im just curious that what is the earliest you can put them to a fox as i wouldnt want to put her off

    24-25in lurcher to lurcher bred from parents that have took fox, there should be few good dogs that do foxes where you are thanks bird yea plenty of fox dogs around here i can buy a bitch 27" 12 months her mother was 5/8 greyhound. bull collie whippet and her father is a 7/8 greyhound bull the mother was only around 25" but the father was out of a coarseing greyhound hes n 31" monster of a dog and probably one of the best fox dogs around here do you think there is too much greyhound in them or do you think theyll be ok well i dont think the bitch pup will grow any mor

    hi im in the process of buying a lurcher for my 2 sons i dont want a pup but something around 12 mounths what would the ideal height be for a bitch for lamping and maybe foxes thanks
