  1. Magdon is gone. Like many super heros I will leave you good people to live in peace now my work is done. But fear not. The next time a scallywag or a bounder attacts the good fellows of this site I will pull my under pants on over my trousers and return. Good bye for now and remember dont take any craptonight.(That was one of my little jokes) Snuff
  2. Well someones got to try to be light hearted and try to create a smile on here with all this back biting on other posts, I must get a thumbs up for that at least Everyone knows if witt was shit I would be constipated Still I at least try Back biting.....best to leave that to others. On the joke front. If the groan factor out does the smile. They tend to loose their purpose. You should know Magdon They dont come less funny than you unless laughing at you rather than with you is included. But even that is getting stale now.
  3. Thats very quick is it not? I to have a friend who found the original copy of the holy bible in his loft only last week and he has to wear gloves to touch that as well. Ya don't say! Wonders will never cease. Just one question..................... if its a copy how is it the original? Basic fundamental failure there old sport. you know your right. He must have been fibbing
  4. Haa Haa you had me going there for a moment. I was sure you had gone off me.

  6. Misunderstood, yes. Into music? Not in the least. Most of it sounds little more than a pack of dogs howling with some guy thumping on an old bass drum to me. Worst of the bunch is the caterwauling that bloody bagpipes make. As for the trick knee it depend on the weather. Ok well I will try to send some healing thoughts to you but it all depends on the tides and moon or something like that so if it works let me know. Just make sure Uranus ain't pointed in my direction. You know I would never have thought of that one, incredible sense of humour
  7. Showing your true colours at last Snuff. Didn't take long did it. granted but in doing so you have just confirmed yours....again I really do think you are a bounder now, and that this is all not the light hearted banter that you had me believe.

  9. If you could furnish me with your bank details by private message I will pay the deposit now. Many thanks By the way I have many talents but music is not one of them. Father used to say I sounded like a cat in a mangle. Sent by direct transfer for 2 places.
  10. Having found a number of words to describe a Magdon on this site I thought I would look it up. The closest thing to a Magdon that I can recall is a Magdalin, a reformed prostutute. I wonder if Magdon is the closest thing to a reformed prostitute on this site (forgive me for laughing at my own wit), and also how we have all choosen our names for the site? I will start. Snuff. My fathers family imported it and thats how he made his money.
  11. Well you know now so when you decide either way the information is there Yes I agree there Caprelous, You have earnt one point as your smilie so rightly says Will I need gloves? Only if your lucky and dab two the first I will demonstrate the second your on your own its the rules, like if you shoot one the rule is your the one who carries it out The first deer I shot was at the bottom of a ravine my mentor showed me how to do a gralloch asked me if i understood when i asked him if he would help me to carry it out he walked away laughing he said you shot it so you carry it i
  12. Oh well ! If its all right with you. I'll consider your views with the same attitude and in the same manner in which they were offered. Yep, just as I thought My word its hotting up now, if we were not all such jolly good chums I think Magdon would be in for a bunch of fives. Ha Ha

  14. The link does not work, pity I was looking forward to that.
  15. I note he is not wearing gloves. I think he would be wise to see your post on hygiene. Do you know him?
  16. John You really should take up playing the violin. :cray: Ah now that is where I could help. Is there no end to your talents? City worker, pilot, tax consultant, violin teacher. How are you regarding alternative therapies? I have a bit of a trick knee that could do with some acupuncture. No you have misunderstood. I work in the city and I can fly but I am not a tax consultant and its my chum who plays the violin. I am just not very good at that sort of thing and can not hold a note to save my life. Are you into your music Magdon? On the alternative therap
  17. Sorry its my chum who plays the violin, the one with the helicopter.
  18. John You really should take up playing the violin. :cray: Ah now that is where I could help. predicatble as ever. And that would be a first for me swapping violin lessons for stalking. LOL how would i declare that on my tax return? Well I dont know that depends if you are in VAT or not. I believe if you swap invoices for the same amount showing the VAT its fine.
  19. Well done I am new too. There are some great guys on here and have made me feel really welcome. John and Stu have been very helpful and that Magdon is a real joker.
  20. John You really should take up playing the violin. :cray: Ah now that is where I could help.
  21. What exactly do you have an interest in and how does working in the city have any relevance to your offer? Or have I missed something? Thats good to hear. Sorry the last bit was not directed at you.
  22. Well you know now so when you decide either way the information is there Yes I agree there Caprelous, You have earnt one point as your smilie so rightly says Will I need gloves?
  23. Could someone explain to me what is wrong with the footage in these two film clips. I have had a look at some of Johns videos and as a beginner I would like to learn what's wrong with this type of shooting? A am going to book with John and Stu and would like to know what I to expect. I put this question to BarryJ as he seems to know what hes looking for.
  24. A pair of light weight boots(not wellies)that support your ankle and keep your feet dry, a pair of old trousers and a jacket of some sort in a drab neutral colour. Deer see in shades of grey so as nondescript and as drab as possible works best. No need to get dressed up like a wannabe sniper in mil-surp cammo or cover yourself from head to foot in Realtree. No I agree, I would not dress as a tree. I have picked up one or two bargins today and will sport them when I hunt with John and Stu.
  25. This thread as you call it is hotting up now. Anyone would think you fellows did not like each other. Anyway if I can be of any help please let me know as I work in the city and have an interest in this type of thing.
