    Blue lucas first run 2 mins. His end run 4 mins his 3rd run 3 mins. And BM there might be dog in ire but its who got the balls go over and match him jack has stated he run anyone so if you know anyone I've jacks number ring him and match him nxt winter.     The 3 hares lucas run were 3 good hares as they run to death on that fen wisbech.     Reading all posts tonight I'm bit disappointed to see lads in my country settle for ordinary dogs. Not all the lads some lads only wana keep goodins. I find eng lads only keep goodins anythg ordinary they wud rather have no dog in there kennel.

When I seen bulldozer and tilly with my own eyes willie john murphy they class lads take some hammer out twice a week 4 runs a day some stick they take. They hard dogs don't look soft in them at all. There dogs I'd wana breed from that type.

    I found in ire the hares are at there best from mid nov to mid jan they only really stay at there peak for 6 weeks. In eng they good from dec to end feb but if they run enough they stay strong longer.

    The reason the hares on the fens so good its generations off the best survive over the summer and breed. Different lads different opinions and I respect all no one is right or wrong. All I say is I wudnt wana breed from a dog who only had 2 mins or 3 in the tank unless its going on a good winded cross as each time we breed we delute.

    That's true Bm I said that earlier a dog needs ability not just speed or stay. I ask a Q to everyone on the site from ire. How many us have had a dog on a run say run going about 3 mins the hare pulls on the dog the gap opens up about 200 yrds the hare goes through a hedge dog through 30 seconds later none us knows what happened behind that hedge. And that hedge saved that dog cause time dog went through the hare gone. So dog has to stop as hare gone. Now in eng on a fen same run the hare pulls after 3 mins goes out into middle off the fen there's no hedge to save that dog it either shows good

    Dog having a tear or an injury isn't a test as the animal not right. Who would run a dog injured. That's like asking suarez to play well if he a hamstring gone. We talking about testing a dog that's fit to run and you see what its got in 4 runs. A proper dog shud run its 4th same as it run its first. But everyman feeds there own dogs so its what pleases them.

    You need everythg in eng as the rabs are rockets. Your dog need the lot or it end up in tears.     Do you test your dogs every week twice a week. Very few dogs tested in ire as not enough land not enough hares. How many lads go out twice a week get 4 good runs a day. If you were to get that would your dog last few seasons.

That means 1 dog 1 hare to test the fitest test who has most stamina and ability. Only things saves a rabbit in ire is farms and hedges. On the fen only thg saves a dog is he either catches it or gets smoked.
