hi bill thanks for the comment think my sons more pleased than me,my daughter has not yet seen the s400 and im dreding it.she loves shooting and i no she will love this, but she got a rifle coming for xmas. as for me talking to the poachers they were just your normall ruff looking dingle family type,very rude alot,but when the police arrived they were very nice to me then,but i was nice back i took all 8 of there rabbits and then laugh anyways bill hope you back better soon then we can sort a shoot out atb steve

hi hunters well i went for a shoot last night and i mean shoot PLEASE READ i arrived with dan at the cricket club at 8.45,after spending 10mins zeroing the aas400 in and the tx200 dans rifle, with amazing rusults the night turned for the worst. we decided to slipt up for a hour,so i took the back field the left hand side and dan took the right hand side,not many bunnies out but alot of foxes bloody things davyt63 now what the foxes are like on my permission so we waited for another hour before spotting the first bunnie,i aimed and pulled the master piece whack he was dont,perfect h

hi hunters im of out tonight with dan, same davyt63 couldnt make it as its always a good night if he around hopefully i should pop a few bunnies tonight last saturday when i was out steve showed me how to snare as i have never dont it before,i love learning new tatics alot of people may think snaring easy just whack it in the ground,but thee more to it like making sure the snare just the right height,and strong anoth to stay there after a rabbit had ran into it anyways davy if you do change your mind you no where are be well hope you change your mind buddy atb stev

hi pal i still remember the day i got my firsy rabbit i was using the hatsan mod60 22,i hot it at around 30-35 yards as soon as i saw the rabbit jump i threw my rifle down and ran like sh*t to see my results,think my rife took a harder whack than the rabbit, always good when you pop your first one,well done pal sp adwarded also take note of what the others have said about ranges as night shooting harder to range your rabbits in if you need more help loads of peps on here will give you some atb steve

hi matey well in my experience i started with a springer (mod60) 11.2 vey acurate nice looking not to heavy not to light just right,cost me 130 brand new from ian coley cheltenham,then moved to the mod85xth dont get one thats all i will say.not to long moved to pcps my first was a bsa ultra 22 brilliant rifle small but deadly accurate,now my wife just brought me the air arms s400 best single shot out there in my eyes. so basically is your choice but i would start with a springer as they have recoil and it will in prove your accuratcy where as pcp dont have recoil. good luck with y

hello my fellow hunters finaly today came and my aas400 has just came 177,its the classic just fished pre zeroing in, of out tonight wth steve and lets see what this bitch can do

hi again well i find that a 177 is flatter,not saying 22 not that good i still get good grouping with a 22 but 177 i get 5mm grouping at 35 yards without rest just prone pal

hi lad most hunters on here will say air arms,accupals both perfect in most rifles this is what i use in my ultra pal
