    the 16mm lenses from stock optics are of a far superiour quality to the chinese ones...they might both be 16mm,but thats where the similarity ends,as in all things...you get what you pay for Funny....I have 2 identical lens here,one from china and one from stock optics and the only difference imo is price. funny....i have a drawer with about 40 chinese lenses in because i get them free with the cameras i use....i replace them with the ones from stock optics because they are better...imo. If you read the spec of the lenses you have and compare them i think you will see the differ

    The only spare lens I have is a stock optics 9-22mm zoom board lens,that won't be any good to you. Try the airgun forum,somebody might have one there.

    Try evo on the pigeon watch forum...he makes them up,no idea of price though as it will depend on what you want etc.

    Probably the quickest option is stock optics in the uk,but you'll pay more for it than the same lens from china. Unless there are any on the forums or bay....have you asked on the nvf forum?

    one of these but mk2 flavour http://www.rfconcepts.co.uk/mini_dvr_h720.htm I was fortunate enough to get one minus the camera for £70+vat The mk3 which is what they now supply has a mini usb input for the camera or something like that,I've heard they can't be used for recording from cctv cams like the earlier models...not 100% sure why that is though.     Nice one Webster, what distances were you working with? the flood part around 3:30 onwards looked very good, normally lose a lot of light using sliding pills and aspherics. These look very handy indeed. may have to have a word with Ian about getting one.     Funny you should say that because that was the plan for tonight,but after a quick test in the garden it would have been pointless,way to much moisture in the air where I am. I normally go to a spot where I know a tree line is 204yds along with a handful of rabbits to play with a torch (please no smut jokes!),I will be doing some more but I think I might wait until the larger 5in screen arrives....any day now ....and make sure I wear the old reading nose bino's next time
