a lurcher hasnt been tested if it doesnt do both, people go on about lamp dogs, fen dogs, ferreting dogs, all a load of shite if you ask me the 1 st few yrs of a dogs bringing on we should mix all 4 and more and then and only then it can be partioned of to make a dog of quality on your chosen quarry, hope this is taken on board and the pup serves you well for many a year

well the best thing you can do is lend the bloke the money for him to take tomo up on his offer and just hope it comes back to you in september,No one would hold this competion next season when people have trusted him with money and prices its not up to lnngdog its up to the lads and lasses who have run in the competion and the people who have donated the gifts hes already took the piss out of the good people who have donated land and prices now hes doing it to the people who entered in to the competion and all the hl members who have actively followed this competion,suprises me how this for

we all know this but ldr wont run he will make his excuses he wont like foreign land and an indepandant judge so just give it torchey the fella deserves it after all the f*****g about and lies he has to suffer,and as the byes there was 17 or so in it this year so that ment most got byes anyway Ill be 100% honest the only reason i didnt walk off is because of the ammount of driving i done that day an i seen the stick mark got for walkin away. Now i dont no mark in anyway whatsoever but if the CICUMSTANCES where the same as mine then i completely UNDERSTAND the man walkin away. . love th

Where was "my dog is better than yours" mentioned, and who by ???? Cheers. UNBELEIVABLE!!! .. Nobody can say I didn't try an help this comp I did so I feel I have an opoinion.. It should be ran this weekend or next at latest. I have offered land an the two finalists havnt even aknowledged the offer.. It's a F*ckin JOKE. Am just gutted it took to the semi finals for me to realise. An gin, charty always seem to find a way to defend it. I bet LDR doesn't open write another thing on this. If I can go out by allowin a MIXY then surely the odd milky isn't goin to stop use sleepin... Get i

you dont count as longdog is the organiser and wont allow it, but totally agree fella it was being run tomorrow night if hes not there he should forfeit it and you should go through as the winner, and for once chartpolski well said,as it looks like most of the competitors have now come forward and slated the runing of this competion,lads have put or should i say offered land for this weekend,it should be taken

JD, you should get your facts right !!!! I have NEVER been a "Director" or anything else in this or any other competition! I am a pal of LDR's and have done my best to make the comp a success, but as any one will tell you; I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE RUNNING OF IT !! LDR runs the comp, makes the rules and the decisions himself; nothing to do with me ! What pisses me off is this is the ONLY way we can test dogs on live quarry, within the law, in open competition, but cvnts like you who haven't got a clue, only try to knock it, instead of supporting it and trying to make it better !! You only

no motive just like honesty and it is clear you as a director of this competion should also give an honest report of why its gone so bad,people have paid there money over to have a good night and this has not happened,and yes i used to be on here but never entered this competion and never would as last year was bad enough for me and i dont even own a lurcher nowadays i only have terriers

for curiossity did you not run the final last year at the end of march,whats the differance this year, what a load of crap get it run fella and get it over stop making excuses as this is ann insult to any competion you have been offered good ground for now run it,as iam sure next season there will be more excuses , if not just split the bloody money and prises if people still want to donate them and just lay it all to bed.

your right there whin its late in the year britsh summer time starts on the 28th of this month when was the final run last year, ok if its being run up here its been very cold this year and the rabbits havnt all been bred yet so there will be a few not in young, is this final being run this weekend as no body seems to know anything about this competion,

i can tell you do the shows and dont work your dogs ,knowing the ground where to position yourself which part holds the better rabbits where the holes are etc etc all goes in favour of the permission holder or the local,knowledge of land is a great advantage;

is it not correct that a final should be run on land that neither finalists know????and the judge should be completly independant.Icould never see an fa cup final between liverpool and man utd being run at old trafford and the referree being alex ferguson
