I got the old man to buy me a new rifle today got a cz452 sak mod and a nice scope, so went up to the land with the new .22 after having a little play in my field and baged 9 rabbits! ? I would of stayed out longer but had my little girl with my and she was getting tired plus 9 rabbits is abit heavy for her to carry! Land owner should be happy with that. I'll have another pop tomorrow when she goes back to her mums. Overall I'm chuffed to bits! Cheers guys ?

Hi guys little question for you, I had a phone call a couple of weeks back asking if I could clear some rabbits so went up to have a look in the day to see what was what and there are rabbits everywhere, so informed my FEO had the land cleared for 17hmr and 22lr, I only own a 17hmr at the moment, so my question is shall I wait untill I can afford a .22 or go with the hmr? My only thing I'm thinking is noise from the hmr Cheers

Hi guys, how much do u get for your rabbits? Iv been asked to supply a farm shop with rabbits he will pay me £2 a rabbit skinned and gutted! He wants around 5 a week so will cover the cost of rounds

I had a few shots at targets in the day but been using a 22 and 222 of a friends for a while now. Did I read on a post your out soon Dan?

Got the cz today and been out tonight bagged 2 foxes and a rabbit chuffed to bits

The one down the gun shop comes with hawke AirMax 3-12x50 scope, sak mod and a 10shot mag

I'm probably going for the hmr as il be using it for fox and rabbit, going down the gun shop Friday to look at a cz455

Got my firearms ticket today with .22 and .17hmr All the land I put with it was cleared for 243 so well happy and it's my birthday tomorrow so might treat myself to a hmr tomorrow

Had the FEO round today to sort my dads license out and he told me to ring the office to find out if mine was one of the 50 firearms tickets they have just signed was mine, so phone call made and yes it was should be here by the weekend or Monday.

Hi guys put my application in at the end of May had my visit and land checks all went well spoke to the firearms team at the time and they said ring in 3weeks (today) so straight on the phone this morning and was told they have loads to do and to ring back in another 3 weeks! Not impressed but nothing I can do...

Gone for .22 and .17hmr... Did have .223 as I do a lot of fox shooting with a friends .222 but they said go for them first and then at a later date put in for a .223. So time to save for the .17hmr first
