Near keighley Got my bitch from silsden near keighley on saturday... the 1st pic i saw of yours was the last one. looked spitting image of the brother to mine at 1st glance but he was smooth coated. crackin lookin pup though mate atb Dan Was the lad called Adam?? There were 3 pups when i went.....
  2. Thanks for the help! My dad had a dog called duke when i was young he kept him back from a litter off his sire Prince. Prince was an excellent dog well known round my area in his day a first cross beddy / grey.

  6. Just collected him yesturday, 10 weeks old. Settled in fine, seems very alert and also is steady on his feet. Only thing is still not got a name for the little fella i was originally going to call him Strike or Colonel but not sure now . Maybe you can help me chose one. What do you think he suits?????

The litter i may be accuiring a pup from is actually deerhound / greyhound x picardy / greyhound both parents work, The dam : deerhound / greyhound is a cracking dog and the sire picardy / greyhound i am told has a high prey drive and will gladdly work all day not to mention been v loyal, The dam takes all quarry i am told also the pups are now 10 week old and from a litter of 10 there is only 3 left. Anyway arranged to go out for a mooch with the breeder this weekend to see the parents in action, but to be honest think im going to go with my instinct and purchase one of t
  8. Hi all, Just looking for advice any help much appreciated. Looking to get a new pup and really drawn to a litter of pups of a friends of a friend. They dam which is a deerhound x greyhound a cracking dog!! and sire a PICARDY SHEPERD X GREYHOUND. I was originally looking for as bedlington x greyhound so a lets hear your oipinions so i can make up mind. Thanks anyoner geard of this cross or even seen them work i would love to hear from thanks again.....

  13. Hi im getting a new lurcher pup in a couple of weeks ( beddy x )and at the moment have no kennel. I have a old unused coal hed made of brick in the garden and am thinking about building a run off the side and using the brick shed as his kennel. I am hoping this will be fine or do you think it will be too cold in the winter? with plenty of bedding obviously.

  17. Yes i have permission in Burnsall 500 acres pal have had for years and my dad did before us the farmer is called John. That day we were actually on Lamberts were we have a arrangement with him and he is aware when we go on to his land. I know of Graham but have not met him before, is that Listers land?
