    iv just swaped my gun with someone off here my dad took me out today so i could set my sights and after a couple of shots realised it was not even powerful enough to go through a piece of cardboard at ten yards. So im sick now the gun is a BSA Meteor in .22 can anyone suggest a way to get it more powerful or get it to the power it should be shooting at. any advise much appriceated .thanks lewis

    tell me about it I was digging for abit but still never got the rabbit. but I only done a few small sets because I only went for a walk about and to try and get a little bit more permission. hit some of the big sets and there was loads of rabbits so going down next weekend with the long net hopefully take a few more out

    had a look out today with me dad and grandad at some permission we have down Yorkshire only got there at nearly 12 and stopped for about 3 hours, got 7 rabbits! But I was feeling genorous so I let some go ...But at least there for another day. Downsider was got nettled allover and I got frazzled on the electric fence also had to dig down 4 foot hole, got the ferret but missed the rabbit

    Put a post up a couple of weeks ago after a rubbish trip out with my ferret, so thought i would let yous know that i went out again and my brother came and this time got some rabbits. Only did 2 sets because only had about 2 hrs of daylight but glad i went out anyway, because i got 5 rabbits. What do yous think? Guess what mams cooking for tea tonight

    Had a look out the other morning with my ferret, but the rabbits didnt want to bolt lol. At least it got me out. Never mind theres always next time

    Hi, new to this forum. Been looking at it for a while. I'm 11 yrs old, and love ferreting and a bit of shooting. Have an albino hob and a staffy, and my dad keeps lurchers as well.
