    Right lads I've only gone and got myself a deerhound greyhound out of Dave platts kennel last night only 10 weeks old bloody monster already brindle in colour but shy with me but lives the other dogs infacr he trying to hump my greyhound bitch who is mothering him. bronson hates pups so staying out way lol and terrier trying to get him to play with her I'm struggling with a good name for him any suggestions

    No he nearly 8 now bud worked six yrs He has few pups and working dogs on ground out of him lots of whippet types cover collie Grey's Bull crosses Bedlington crosses They been working showing and family

    3 pups been stolen out of kennels today in Cambridge 1 dog 2 bitches black only 7 weeks old if anyone sees it hears anything reward offered for safe return or info

    That's a bold statement bud cause 99% of lurchers come from the greyhound weather it's collie greyhound to collie greyhound (lurcher to lurcher ) it's a half and half if it bed grey cross collie grey it's half grey so on and so on the fact the lurcher is crossed with hound takes away your theory

    Tbh a dog on the track that does turn its head to have ago is the dog you want as it's got the vest to go in you can calm that down when out in field as they actually get the prize at end I've had and owned this line for 15 yrs only in last 4 yrs I took layla home and it was only by chance that she came out lsmping and killed and never battred an eye lid Alot of Grey's that come off track are over looked but if you watch them into the bends if they drive in crowded than they worth working trust me The famous lines and top stud dogs are all dodgy westmead hawk and his brother joe all batt

    I work a greyhound bitch day and night she does as much as and bull cross or saluki It's her 3rd season working before she was 4 or 6 bend track bitch that did me ok but she much better out on the land

    Why would breeding a greyhound create wastage tho 90% if not more lurchers are greyhound based
