Wild pheasants .mmmm depends how you know there wild,, and how thats interpreted and proven in law courts. Relaesing none indeginuos species into the coutryside needs paperwork like i do with my trout....are pheasants the same? Jamie im not saying that you have no friends but really come on my lad your a loner stop dreaming. You more than anyone need a dog that comes back to you ask Lacey LOL! Doh! Like i said it wouild benefit many nowadays.

You maywell want such a dog Jamie, but DBP did'nt (well thats what he infered to me many times,) and many don't. Are you suggesting the characteristics of the breed should be changed? Am man in your postion surely would benefit from a trained dog, seeing as you ain't no gamekeeper protecting your shoot birds.

sounds like somebody's never had a decent dog ,I suppose there's only one way and thats forward, you've probably never had a clean bolt in your life,we've all had the hard dogs with no face you c'nt take out, grow up and expand your brain, you might get a hat to to fit instead of that flat one, people with plummer's and russells that are biddable will know what I mean, they're nothing like lakies or fells, patterdales but you need patience and you can't whack um to much when they're young to get the best out of them.

Quote"I'm sure Brian wouldn't be amused by or take part in petty PERSONAL squabbles on a PUBLIC forum-he was a grown man" Yes i thought you were not ever there when Bri had his "public dos" the most famous of which was set deep in the valleys when he was heckled with some of his enemies. I videoed it ..so yes im sure he would enjoy this. Facts Bill thats all facts..

I have known dogs develop perthes syndrome as late as 5 years its a degenerative diseases I believe and some have mild cases.X ray is the only way to test properly to make an informed move to repare etc. In patella luxation . In some dogs, cause again could be because of malformation or trauma, the ridges forming the patellar groove are not prominent, and a too-shallow groove is created. In a dog with shallow grooves, the patella will luxate (jump out of the groove) sideways, especially toward the inside. This causes the leg to 'lock up' with the foot held off the ground. When

Why you embarrassed Bill ? 2300 views seems popular seeing as theres only 105 replies. Besides which you love it really. Ive had a PM off whippetmike who I dont see windging about hyjacking ! the guy who started this up and I've handed over the required information he wanted and offered more. I'm sure Brian would be having a laugh and would be glad to see them defended. I dont go the lurcher forum I cant be bovvvered with the bull of my dog this and my dogs that. Or the fishing forum as a river keeper its work ! I say don't bother reading it Bill, simple, save your blushes

Boadicea well..... never been to his kennels his dogs were super fit condition better than mine when i saw them at shows with you tagging along with them. I will never let Boadicea have one of my dogs again. Shame I learnt the hard way,. trusting your ilk. 4 got to say your mates wife Mr smith put a curse on me like all those traveling country folks you seem to like to be with , and the types that like you say feel free to theif out of my river. Ive had 52 logged calls to the police 1 arrest and they werent kids they were naughties and like you all of those 52 would like to sl

More than likely Perhys syndrome recessive inherited disorder (means that both parents have the gene in there genoptype) noted in alot of Jacks, the head of the femur (The ball of the ball and socket) at around 8 months old dissolves due to a lack of vitamin c due to the blood vessels supplying the leg joint shrinking. This then has a warring effect on the joint as it is loose fit, causes arthritis. Surgery for bad cases will cost £300 plus. Happens usually after trauma eg slipped on ice or jumping up from the floor or down to the ground a chair .Things that dont help are over

Spellings lol..its not what you do its the way that you do it! and thats what gets results as bananramamaa ding dan do said. Wordzs phail me too Bill....proovvinngg tat thee breed aint not a mongol (AS YOU SEEM TO KEEP SAYING STEVE WHICH IN ANYONES EYES ESEPCILY A DEDICATED PLUMMER MAN IS ONE OF THE HIGHEST INSULTS )...... seemsss 2 ave upset u Steve . Or was it the true words, pionting out your contradiction. Surely im not the only one here who can see that you call ( MANY TIMES ) the breed a "true breeding mongrol" (I SUGGEST specsavers again ) As you can see im pasionate a
-
Yes I really do laugh as its these uneducted statements that crack me up lol..true to type breeding mongrol says..one of the best contradictary statements ever made in the history of dribble on forums steve I suggest you pack the daft baiting in while you "think" your ahead. Definitions of... Mongrel. Mongrel of "mixed" ancestry/of mixed kind or uncertain origin. ( I'm more certain of scamps origin than I am yours or my own actully!)So your wrong they and scamp are not momngrols and also .... Crossbred Produced by breeding from "two" breeds. These are F1's . many of which
-
Yes the breed and its clubs do tend to wean out the those they think will dmaage the breed .Is that a bad thing for the breed ..nope? I prefer dedication and dont give up so easily..at the first hurdle. We dont allow the breed to change due to pressure from others who think they know better by breeding wrongs to wrongs, which never make a right. Your a king fu lad you shuold realise that conformation comes first youd look well going into a kung fu fight with a dislocated hip !

Steve Faults free depends on what you call fault. Plummers were named Plummers by the breed founder hence the breed was named Plummer. I didnt invent the word Plummer terrier for the breed. I use the word plummer russles in this context to illustrate that back then they were and in some cases still are heavily linebred to other breeds. Scamp who you talk about for instance has I belive a Jack R Called (Oscar) in his blood on his 4th generation making Scamp 6.4% jack. However the breeder would dispute this and i certainly cant proove it. However Scamp was also 26% rollo a halfb

Obviuiosly you dont spend enough time with your dogs, cleansapde I do, and have proven this statemnt before to those of your ilk, secondly get that chip of your shoulder about your mismarked terriers. I suggest using a caped dog that way you will get a proper Plummer instead of those you keep showing us that looksl like a whippet! PS spadey my stud fees are free come and try a proper one pps As for BBB you too would make good babies they work and sware and spit and shout .

I know tngle is dead. But dispute your claims about the judge, he didnt like me when i tried to span him he growled at me mate! Coalville Billy (colaville main stud besides cerby!) over 7 f1's in his 5th genertaion therefore bred to old working dogs (russell and fells )that plummer used To brered his type of russell. Coalville bred stuff 90% were a mixture of Billy cross Penny (fell blooded to) No wonder they work and no wonder they throw faults. Conformation should be of interest to all those who breed livestock esepcily working livestock ..you cant work cripples..and there

Then we have infintiy bill see countrymans weekly billbo (wyremead alfie x wyremead nancy) by wyremead alfie who was by trenstside barney( coalville wilson(wyrenead cerby bred)cross wyremead winnie who was grandson of cerby All eyes are on Bilbo now! and his half brothers and sisters

Fireman here we have a spike / cerby decendent wyremead radnor ransums other son out of Dumbos daughter
-
quote.OPYMA ...Head like a bucket fireman can vouch for that ! well steve can you!? I was going to use Soloman Tangle bred by mr brown of lancashire over my Wyremead jay but I rejected Tangle at the pennine show due to his leg lenght curly tail thin head and but mainly because he had imnherited his graet gardsires nasty temprement ..infact he went on to bite the judge at that very show. Instead i used his sire wyremead cerby who then produced charile todhunter and a Mr sweets milo both im told made good earth dogs. But both could have done with better heads. Both dogs didnt sire nowt a

Dispute this to coalville theroy seeing as they are line bred to stromyboys stuff long nosed fox terrier f1S never seen a paterdale coalville lone yet! total opposite. Joes Billy was just that anything inbred to coalville billy will have white collars keel chests and long noses. And a bad temprement!
-
Scot (oyma) if you think tangle had a good head then you need to play catch up with my stuff now. Cerby didn't have a masculine head, and few of his offspring were any better except for Sirius a caped grandson I bred . But as for earth work I don't dig to my terriers unless I have to, and that's usually because i have made mistake to let them go to ground . When I run my pack (6)professionaly everyday the last thing i want is a train of terriers inline down an earth. But they do work and work everyday infcat more than most Plummer terriers ever do. Its true id ra
