  1. Not referring to you dessie. After all how many of us true lurcher and terrier handlers have any really big axes to grind with moira in the bigger scheme of things. They run a much bigger show than just us after all. So when you eliminate us, who or what is left. That's who could end up bringing down our sport if we let them.
  2. badly run ,bad turn out,bad trophies ,back stabbing , " terrier and lurcher men dont have to pay in to main event " might as well have said fcuk off ,not wanted ,need not apply ...... roll on SHANES CASTLE . :realmad: It is well known who you are on here and for someone that neither owns nor has shown, raced or worked lurchers or terriers, maybe you need to take a bit of your own advice.
  3. Kegs I'm with you but I dared to give my opinion yesterday and like you it was twisted so much so that without my knowing I have become a game fair organiser. God help us!! There are just some people who have to have the last word so here's TWO words for them - MOIRA, BALLINLOUGH !!!! Get over them! Like the other shows they are here to stay and long may they all continue to do so!
  4. Ballywalter tomorrow then shanes class After being at Ballywalter today, anyone that could call this a big game fair is having a laugh. I was at it last year and was not for going back but with all the hype on these forums about it being second only to Shanes Castle I decided to go again. We were round the show in just over an hour, the main arena was dead, the family were bored senseless and the wife never seen as bad an arts & crafts area at any show...her words. Will not be back. Lets hope Moira is a lot better than this, though it wouldn't be hard. You must have been spr

  7. Thanks for your input. We have never claimed Ballywalter is Ireland's premier Game Fair - The Irish Game Fair at Shanes Castle is. As you are well aware we took over Ballywalter last year at very short notice ( two months) when BASC cancelled their fair. It was a huge success and this year will be even better. The Terrier and Lurcher events have a central place in the fair with their own superb race track, showing area and car parking. Unlike other events which appear to wish to be ashamed of the Terrier & Lurcher events and keep them outside the fair - we believe that they should be
