  9. thanks for your reply, all comments for the Llansadwrn shows are welcome good or bad, the main advert for this show is under gamefair and events.   11. Llansadwrn Terrier & Lurcher Show, Carmarthenshire, SA19 8HH. Thursday 19th August. Qualifier for The Countryman's Weekly. This is held as part of the local show which starts at 10.30 there is a companion dog show at 2.00 terriers and lurchers welcomed to enter, main terrier & lurcher classes start at 5.00. Both have puppy championships and this year I have included a bedlington class. Ch Terrier v's Ch Lurcher. Followed by straight racing.   12. ok, thanks for reply and your both right in your views, but firstly i think the world of this bitch and have been advised to have one litter from her before being spayed, she's from good working lines and would like to carry these on i'll keep a couple of pups and find homes for the rest 1st litter she may only have four and 2 of my friends want one, so no problem i'm Not into Puppy Farming
  13. my last border was kc pure dandyhow, i'm not into working terriers but any chance he got to escape he'd go to ground, he was tough but a kind pet instinct kept making him go to ground and i know cos i dug him out at least 6 times. Still a Border fan

  22. Tiff, I agree with you on most points you made. Stallholders go to the BIG shows and are charged at a rip off price which I think is why so many vendors are selling on the web, even to run a small show like I do I have to pay for insurance for the day and rosettes I charge a small fee for entry just to break even for running the show but as pointed out Whithout The Terrier And Lurchers what would happen at these gamefairs? Not a lot to watch not many stalls to buy from They are ripping people off with the prices they are charging and making a PACKET. I'm sure this has a knock on affect to
