Magistrates are useless the only timr they come good is when they lock , burgalars ,smackheads and paedos/murderes/rapists up other than that they don't no the law they believe the police

cheersi wouldnt of minded pal but they was no evidence to suggest the facts he claimed to of seen me at 150 yards on a motor bike i am just gonna leave it after some advice from friends ,it just shows that the law is funny and some times the cps make it up as they go along and bearing in mind i suppose the coppers wife working for the cps wouldnt of helped me

True true fellas he was only a plassy cop I wouldn't of minded but I have lodged complaints against him in the past , I think he wants brownie points but cps did say he would be getting a reprimand ??

I have just won an appeal for dangerous driving I have done my rip for the last ten months as them half head magistrates found me guilty on 4 charges of dangerous driving , no insurance , licence , or mot well shame on them I went to crown court and the prosecutor told my barrister they wasn't giving evidence ?? They charged me for riding on the dell a bit of waste land ha it isn't a public place or a highway so bye law couldn't do shit ha ha the only evidence they had anyhow was a plastic cop saying he saw me I went not guilty all the way lone behold his face was a pic when I walked out free
