I've googled my permission to show where I go, i've took road names off etc, for obious reasons. Where do you shoot? This is mine, it's not the biggest but has a nice quarry: If anyone else wants to show, just tap the postcode into google maps and then click satellite, and uncheck the box under it to get rid of names.

rabbits & pigeons this weakend for me then, and there both in the same location, hopefully ahve some photos monday.

I find it harder to shoot these than rabbits, wood pigeons seem to clock me long before i've got near them. They also seem quite hard to shoot out of trees, the camo quite well, in the woods the seem to pick the trees with a lot of leafs to hide in. Anyone else found this?

thanks for the adive, i've already bought the 2mil candlepower thing, shame it looks a good torch that one. I will be getting a proper one tho scope mounted.

I'm thinking of building a little 'coup' out of logs and twigs and camoing it, and hiding in there, its a bit of an open field where the permisson is, they tend to stay near the edge and then run off into the woods at the other side. roll on the weekend!

thaks for the feedback, i've got myself the 2mil candlepower thing for the time been but i'll definatley be getting myself a lighting kit for the rifle when moneys right, they look good them. gunna nip to the local craft shop and try get some red 'stuff' to make a filter. why is it I should use a red filter? i'm going to make it out of that plastic 'stuff' you used to use at school.

Alrite, I've just got myself a Logun Solo .22 I'm looking to get a lamp for 'lamping' but on a low budget, ie. £20.
