  1. Aye it is good to meet local guys into the field sports n we'll have to meet up down the shore for a shot next season.

  2. Hey nice meeting you guys yesterday,Pleased with the deecs and maybe see yous on the ythan next season

  3. I've got a webly scott 9mm garden gun in my safe it fires small brass rimfire cases and i've used it on rabbits to 20yard with some success but its not a good gun as the ejector does not work and you have to take the bolt out and ram the shell out with a rod I certainly wouldn't shot my arse with it though, someone elses aye but not mine . last time I bought shells for it it was £6.90 for 50. Better to get a 410 or 28 bore.
  4. I've got a very full 4 gun safe with 9mm Webly Scott garden gun 20 bore s/s AYA boxlock 12 bore s/b Baikle 12 bore s/s Ugartechea boxlock 12 bore s/s BRNO sidelock 10 bore s/s AYA boxlock I will have to get another safe when I for fill my dream of owning a turn of the centery damascus barreled J & W Tolley single 4.
  5. Alright guys just wondering if any of you reload yer own cases with ITM and what sort of wads, primers and powder you use and what sort of weights of powder and shot . I am already reloading my own lead loads for decoying geese inland or wasting foxes but am having to buy bismuth for the shore ducks and geese and its killing me price wise and also dont rate them that good , I would like to get sorted out for loading my own by next season. Cheers Meikle.
  6. Aye i'm sure the shoot orginiser would be well chuffed when you pulled that out yer gun slip for the first drive of the day.
  7. Ive got 5 2xpoley jills (mosschops and chewy) 1x sandy jill (no name) 1x albino jill (satan) and 1x poley hob (meatball) I take all out with me nomaly working 2 at a time depending on the size of the warren and keep the hob as back up although I should work him more coz he work well.
  8. Ive got 1 poley hob 2 poley jills a sandy jill and an albino jill at the moment and the best worker seems to be the smallest poley jill she takes her time working the ground proply, where my sandy jill who was last years young is like she is on drugs down hole she moves so fast around the warren its unreal. The big hob works quite aswell.
  9. Slow cook them in a caserol pot with shalots, carrots, leek and tatties for the best part of an afternoon at about 140c in oven when cooked thicken gravey with flour and a touch of gravey browning.
  10. I should of sayed AYA aswell i currently have 2 in the gun safe 1 is a nice box lock 20 bore which great for rabbits and pigeons and the other is my Matador 10 bore for ducks and geese both are great solidly build guns that shot well.
  11. Alright chief Baikal's are always good to start off with for someone on a budget they have always built solid guns that will take getting knocked around. I started off with an old single barreled baikal and still have it and its fired thousands of cartridges through it and has never missed a beat.
  12. Mine love a bowl of veg soup and also eat the odd banana
