Years ago the rspca would help with rescues if the dog was stuck on land were the person had no permission ,if the dog could be heard or found with a collar and box they would pay for machines if they were needed and would sort the landowners out ,such was there credibility all they wanted was a donation and publicity .The fmwtc has no jurisdiction if the owner was trespassing ,i think this would still stand today which is good if your a terrier ,but not so good for the owner.i do think they have people who are out and out lacs but there are understanding officers as well .

Totally agree edrd is only as good as the articles that are sent in, used to get it but like the countryman's weekly ,angling times ,anglers mail, pike and predator and how to keep your donkey happy you get the feeling you,have read it before
Had a day on a pig farm the other day 2 of the dogs looked like we had been out digging for the day ,safe an old butter tub clean it out cap full of dettol clean the dogs wounds throw tube and cloth in the bin wash your hands
