Best way to treat these morons is to start ranting about the damage they are doing to the environment by operating their poison belching machines. Got some great Toms and Chillies on my windows sills last year here in N.Ireland. Only prob was white fly (wee buggers). Not an expert just don't over-water and feed reg seems to work for me :}.
