    my first day ferreting was in september 2008. we had left the house at 11.00am with us we had 1 ferret (spot) and the dog (tye). we had got to the permission which was a small field with about 20 sets. we got to one of the sets and the dog marked it. we netted it up and the ferret went in. the dog was standing by to make sure no rabbits got away. about 10 minutes later the first rabbit was netted. number 1 in the bag. after about anouther 5 minutes the ferret popped out and didnt want to go back in so we moved to anouther set. the next set was on a mount of mud the dog marked it, so we netted

    does your fert have any toys? if so check if bits have gone missing my fert chewed a hole out of and old football that was in its cage an had to have an operation. you should just take it to the vets and have it checked hope this helps yf09

    one of my friends kept his ferret hutch in his dog run and he put a dead rabbit in the hutch and the dogs wer jumpin up at the cage and the cath had come undone and the ferret climb out. and he aint sin his ferret since so i would advise u to put a good strong latch on the hutch

    get yourself a carp reel and rod, put a boylie on a rig and cast out you will be suprised what happens mate... i have two carp rods and reels. wat the best type of boile to use e.g. wat flavour

    try starting on small waters 1st kidda use bait like sweetcorn bread luncheon meet just things that are cheep try float fishing next to reed beds and things like that you dont need all this deer gear to catch carp and if your ever stuck for somewear go ill gladly take you around our end iam only an hr from preston and am very lucky to have some very good small ponds with good heads of carp to fish also put a starlight on your float and fish into dark if thats a no go try 1st light in the morn kk thankyou. i no a pond near to my house but the people who own it have said if ur under 16 u
