Don't give the jealous sour faced messers a second thought, your dog done you proud well done, if people are honestly concerned about foxes being killed don't what ever you do go to the rifle section on this forum that really is slaughter.
Cheers mate your right rifle lads think nothing of shooting cubs off the earth like you say just messers who sit home and only talk a good hunt

Bang on , no wonder no one post, fair does a little bit of banter is part and parcel but this place getting worse , it’s like people look at the picture to just find fault , I my self have given sarky comments on pictures wich I’ll hold my hands up to buy it seems now that it’s more piss taking than anything else , only people getting normal reply’s back are the people in the little clicks , people must come on this site read couple pages and think fuvk that it’s worse than been on playground when I was 10
Agreed, I’m all for banter it’s all part of the crack being with the lads but why would you be personal too someone that’s got the same interests as you and trying too keep the same sports alive, it’s a shame people are so easy too judge and put down shows how little they have in there own life

The lad has a point though.
I used to spend a bit of time on here about ten years ago, for a couple of years. There were a lot of members who posted photos, wrote ups of days out, and there were some interesting threads.
Eventually the piss taking, arguing, banter, wind ups, fishing and other general bollocks got to the level where none of those folk bothered posting anymore, everyone left.
Now it’s not a hunting site anymore. It’s just pages and pages of shit banter.
When I first started on here it wasn’t like a band of brothers all sharing stories and days out people just that sad and pathetic know days they’d rather sit indoors slating lads out there doing it keeping our sports alive

I was only having a bit of banter pal, fair play for getting out there
I don’t thing I’ll ever stop hunting or fishing sometimes I don’t go as much as I’d like too but I get out regularly, been beating/picking up 4-5 days a week since October so that’s kept me busy,as well as a few morning stalks with the keeper and lamping sessions I been doing more and more of late really got the bug back that’s why I looked back through this, still have a running dog a nice whippet x cracking on the lamp probably will make my best rabbit dog I have had, I’d share some pics on here but look where that gets me

Fair play, we all havto start somewhere, and most probably started by doing the very thing you did. Glad to hear you’re still at it, as a lot of young lads fall by the wayside and take up other hobbies, only a very small percentage keep it going
Cheers mate it’s something that will be with me till the day I die fishing shooting and dogs are my life thanks for the positive comment

What ever happened the little white dog bud did it keep getting you some tackle?
That pic reminds me of the first fox we ever dug it was to my mates pet bow legged jack, we was proud as punch that day the 3 of us walking back talking about how we was no longer ferreting lads we was terriermen now lol, out of the 3 of us I’m the only one that carried on with the terriers/hunting. that day will always stay in my memory forever.
2 of us are still out hunting and fishing all the time I work on an estate in Shropshire just about too start on the eggs after the 1st, that Russel has sadly passed but yes she killed plenty of rats and dig too her plenty more times too she was a great bitch too grown up with she thought me a lot about dogs and ground work thanks for asking
