Hi i want to get my dogs startednd on ratting and i aint got a clue where to start,so i was wondering if any of you kind gents/ladies would let me tag along.I have transport and can travel. Dogs are 8mth jack russel dog and 12mth russell x lakey bitch,started them bushing but neither me or the dogs are great we get the ocassional rabbit. Before anyone starts the "hes an anti" carryon im not and if you dont want to take me with you thats fine but we dont need 7 pages of crap. cheers Panda

Do you guys feed raw rabbit to your dogs,if so do you just gut and skin them? Shot a black rabbit last nite is this wild or someones pet thats escaped?

Iv got an SMK 19 at the moment and will be looking to buy a new gun soon,should i stick to a springer or should i go down to co2 route? Dont want pcp as i dont want the hassle of carrying a bottle around or going to get it filled.So what do u guys think springer or co2? If anyone could recomend a decent gun at a decent price that would be great.

Anyone know roughly how much a vet would charge for an X Ray on a back leg? I know every vet will be different but phoned my usual vet and he quoted me £111 wich i though was a bit steep.

So youve had a FIVE year old dog for SIX years(ur first and last post state different ages) How did you manage this,was he some sort of test tube puppy?
