  1. If it is the same as newer 202, then the process is to remove the quick release sling swivel. There is a Allen key that is approx 6-7 inches. It is used to remove the Fore end and will allow you acces o remove the barrel etc.

Google Sauer 202 manual and you will be able to download the info

  2. When I first tested the hardox before I got shapes cut out, I shot it at 200m (just to be sure) with my223 and had to look very closely to see the poi. I couldn't believe how hard it was. The 6.5 didn't make much more of a visible mark.

I normally spray the targets white to see the impact. At 300m I was able to observe the shock wave on a steel target. The paint which had about 20mins drying time fell off the target in a visible wave after the bullet strike. The paint fell off the entire length of a fox profile target

  3. Sorry for the delay badger, the 6.5x55 is an sauer 202 elegance and the length of the rifle from crown to but is 111cm without a mod. With the jtec ranger it is 128 cm. I shoot a 202 outback in 223 which is 107cm without the third eye tactical and 127 with the mod fitted. I like the 3rd eye for build quality length and weight but haven't used it on anything bigger than 223

  4. Is it a slat mill or electric you are after, I made a slatmill quite a few years ago for a suluki greyhound but it was a one off due to the size etc. I have a electric mill that was made as test , it needs a dc speed controller but apart from that is good to go, you can get a gym treadmill speed controller for about £100 if u are interested send me a pm
