Thanks mate he seems to be putting more weight on it tonight i have put it in cold then hot water and fed him up and gunna make him take it easy for a few days there is no rush as september is a long way away yet. Can i have the details of that vet for the future please mate ??

No mate all I can say fractures need to be in plaster but the recovery rate is good dont worry out of plaster can look horrific, wizened and twisted, with all the fracture site swollen and distorted, but dont worry it will fill out and straighten then it can return to work in about 8 weeks all longer THANKS FOR THE REPLY MATE SEE HOW HE IS TOMORROW AND TAKE HIM TO THE VETS
