  2. I am in a position that I am able to buy a cheap air rifle, or get someone to buy it me for my birthday and I have a 2 yr old male GSD X Greyhound, who seems to think that every animal he sees is his, but he has never killed, and I don't know how to use a gun, I was never shown so I wondered if there was anyone in south oxon that could show me how to, and if they charge how much or if you know of anyone who can teach me, the person who I am getting the gun off is just some chav who got bored with it, and whats rid, and I've wanted to learn for a while now

  5. I got accused recently of giving my dogs steriods but I don't see why people would, all you are doing is endagering your dog, and acting like a who shouldn't be involved in any thing to do with animals, what are you proving, that you are not good enough to get a dog to perform without the use of drugs. How is it enjoyable to see a dog run when it has steriods in it, its not the dog doing the job, at that point its the steriods doing it, all the other work that you have put into the dog (if you even did) is basically redundant, what is it you don't want to be shown up for the crap owner an

  9. German Shepard dog, I just use it as its easier to write then German shepard and no it don't sound stupid, stupid would be not knowing what it means and being confused lol.
  10. I think that people love to assume the worst, mind you the phrase about assuming is more often true then false
  11. I was walking the dogs the other day, and someone stopped me and my new neighbours and started shouting at me as I am walking a whippet which has cropped ears which is animal abuse and illegal, I then said no these ears are natural for him, he has GSD in him, thats why he is as big as he is (he is just a little bit bigger then the average GSD) at this they turned round and said that they use to breed whippits and that he is one, the reason that he is so big is the steriods that I pumping into him, aswell as my other dog Honey apparently I could not believe that I was being shouted at for my Lu
  12. Heres my girl, she is not a worker though. She is a Saluki X Grey
  13. I don't think that them people should be able to have dogs either, poor dogs, he and his siblings must of suffered badly and been terrified while they were there, and thanks, he is the most challenging dog that I have ever had, he has needed so much work, I love him but wouldn't want another one like him, all the other dogs have been so easy compared to him, even training a year old bully who had no rules was easier then having him. Theres a couple of pics of him attached, both of them taken today, between either 7:30 or 9:00 this morning on our walk
  14. Was yours a rescue dog, unfortunately have seen quite a few German Shepherds with temprement problems, when I went to buy a puppy several kennels were less than satisfactory in my book,A good breeder will spend a hell of a lot of time with a litter right from a very early age, assosiating the pups with different noises smells and changes in thier enviroment, when I go and see a litter of GSD they must all come up to the fence line and to me to play,a Greyhound can be a very nervey dog to if not assosiated properly, put the Two together and your asking for trouble. No hes just always been lik

  16. I have a 3/4 GH 1/4 GSD, he is not a worker and its nice to see all of these working crosses, they all look great, and I like hearing all of the temperments, mine has a rubbish temperment, to nervous and relies on my other dog too much before he has the courage to do anything, he thinks that he is a hunter though bless him, from the minute we let him off he is using his nose, flushing things out and going for the chase, although the other day bless him he done this to a red kite who was sat in the field, had the shock of his life though when the kite flew at him lol, never seen him move so fas
