The farmers been out with the lamp for me but no joy, I’ve just been told someone has seen him been run over and his been killed on the a1 and the person that’s run him over has taken him in a bag ? I’m absolutely gutted

Thanks lads, I’ve tried ringing the dog wardens but think there closed with it being Sunday hopefully someone takes him to the vets to be scanned in the morning

Iv lost my lurcher today near marr just off the a1 junction 37  he went missing at 2:30pm i stayed out till dark looking for him but no joy ? his micro chipped so hopefully if someone picks him up and gets him scanned I’ll be in with a chance of getting him, any info would be much appreciated

I told him about it this morning mate not sure if he has yet, iv looked on there to see if any has been found and there's nothing on, both the dogs are chipped so if the do get found he is in with a chance of getting them back

I know this isn't the right part to put this but it will get more views here, my friend lost two of his lurchers on Friday evening when he was walking them near sherburn in elmet, he stayed out till 12:00 at night searching for them and went back at first light but no sign of them all the farmers in the area was connected and the local keeper who also was out helping to look for them no one has seen them so maybe someone has picked them up, both are saluki greyhounds bred by himself so to say his gutted is an understatement one is a cream bitch 9 year old and the other is a red bitch with a black muzzle she's coming up 2 year there's a reward for the safe return of theses dogs pictures to follow

I know how for feeling pal gutted for you, I lost one a couple of years ago to a broken neck she was gone instantly ?

Did you give the paint enough time to cure right monkey? Also a good sealer down first and make sure it's completely dust free before you start, it's like painting anything else get the prep done right and use a good product and it should last.

 

Yes it was to dry for a good 36 hours before I put him back in although I didn't put any sealer down first maybe that's where I went wrong ? What is it called the stuff i should of put down first ?
