for the 243 they want you to already hold the DSC and to have deer land

Cheers. My firearms department is really unhappy with allowing 243's...they have already pre warned me about that when I said I was thinking of doing my DSC so its gonna have to be one of the others..a couple of people have said 22-250 is a good choice?

Hi. If you have not heard from them since Feb then I would call and ask how its going. Most of the time you should hear from the firearms enquiry officer to arrange a visit to see you normally within a month. If you havent heard then make sure it hasn't gone missing. Most departments are more than willing to help people out by answering questions. I phoned up about my firearms certificate to say it was gonna take another 8 weeks to print...I got it within two weeks. Good luck.
