f**k me....... went to some new land today what i was on about. to say its hilly and rocky is a understatment. real heavy work on the legs especialy after a few tins saturday night. didnt know were to go so was just wandering looking for the sets as the farmer just said go up there, there all over. he wasnt lying...but the majority were in big rocks that were unferretable. still plenty on the grass just took some finding with me not knowing the land yet. anyway kid loved it again and dont half pull his weight....well he is the apprenctice....get them nets, get the spade...hur

had airguns a good few year bsa, theoben, aa, webley had alot of them. but iv always fancied the aa prosport, and never took the plung....is there any of you lads shoot them and what you recon? iv had the tx200 and was thinking it will be practicaly the same?

iv just seen fry pieces of rabbit in butter then simmer...then add to pie.

last weeks rabbits got skinned, gutted and put in salt water...then i forgot about the for 4 days :sick: anyway ferreting sunday and im doing it tonight. it will be me thats doing it shes usless. do i boil the rabbit or something to make it tender then strip it to put in a pie?? surely you dont put a bit back, leg and shoulder in a pie??

went ferreting again today but took the dog this time. was on different land this time and it was shit mixi rabbits dead all over.....but there was hares everywere i never bother with them, the farmer is sound and lets me do owt ran 2 with the dog and nailed them. after no rabbits at all just loadsa hares, i phoned another farmer 10 mile away and told him we were coming over his. this place was alive and we had a few hours there. if we went there first we would hav done well. ended up with 15 and 2 hares. camra battreys ran out before i could take a pic. dog cought 7 bolters what kicked the n
