    What do u mean by he needs a lot of greft mate?? needs exercise, training or what? looks like a belter!!!! the dog is sound if you are walking him.but when you run him if he misses it then will hunt the full field up for another run. ive spent loads of time with this dog,ie getting it to jump retrieve walk to heel , lamping etc. the final straw was he knocked my 2 year old son over. If was keeping the dog i would be working him a few times a week to give him a good blow out then see if he comes back to hand

    cheers for your comments lads,this bitch has never let me down,looking for a good digging dog to put over her next time she comes in season,lines need to be similar lads,shes got nuttall in her lines on jones side.willing to pay stud fee or you can take a pup!dog needs to be 100%!

    thanks for the advice but today his the final straw,hes jumped on my 2 year old son knocked him to the floor and bust his nose. sorry to say hes going IST £300 take him, he ll kill gear for fun.its just hard very work,if you can get him sorted out it will be a match dog for some 1. thats only if hes not sold before hand.

    had this dog from 7 weeks old,really well bred but god is it hard work. hes 10 and half month old now.saluki x greyhound the sire is benji MJ dog. hes had all the best food,Ive spent loads of time with him. I had a run 2 nights ago he lost it in some long cover,fair dows thats life,then it took another ten mins getting back on the lead, he hunted the full field up,In the end i sat in the middle of the field like pr--k smoking a fag till he come to me. ANY IDEAS LADS dont want to get rid the dogs a cracker and killing gear already had terriers for 15yrs but only got into lurcher afew years

    somebody might of allready said this but some dog retreive without any training,but some dogs need trainung depends on the breed IMO.
