  1. How old are you whippeter?? Just make sure the pup is kept well, warm, and give it love, it will feel vunerable alone at the moment.... AND FOR GODS SAKE, KEEP IT FAT.....
  2. Sorry not funny to me. Sorry hope the gentleman in question is okay It was only a bag of flower tipper!
  3. Yep I would have put you down as a wendy house type person, with that hair. LOL
  4. You say you dont want your pup to be fat, well you should do. The more food it eats along with little and often exercise, the better your dog will be. Your dog will be a pup for many months, and it doesnt need to take shape till at least 12months old, you want to keep the puppy fat on him/her while it is bounding about and playful. Get its strenght up man. Food shouldnt be a problem at all at this age. Which brings me to, why has it left its mother at less than 6 weeks old???
  5. What?? losing puppy fat! and taking shape! WHAT AT 6 WEEKS OLD. I dont think so, the pup shouldnt have even left its mother yet, never mind being on drted solid food!
  6. I asked that question earlier Stubby, never got a reply, i guess he didnt take note! Next time staff, get the date and work out when she is due, you can do this normally to the day.. i will. i got her when she was already mated and was told about 30 day So after all this you didnt really know if she had even been put with a male, lol. say no more, and just breed her again
  7. thats just it every dog is diffrent its the most crucial time to put time effort into a dog the first few mnths plenty of exercise to stretch them out every day an good diet i like my pups with plenty of meat on their bones give them evrey chance to reach max potenchel excuse the spelling Hi slip, you say plenty of exercise, yet most say, dont walk or exercise to much. And it also says a pup should have at least 18 hrs sleep aday.. This is the bit that always confuses me, to walk or not to walk.
  8. What is he taffy, meaning how much bull does he have in him?
  9. Hi Dawn, what kind is your pup, and what is it standing at now?
  10. I asked that question earlier Stubby, never got a reply, i guess he didnt take note! Next time staff, get the date and work out when she is due, you can do this normally to the day..
  11. Thats correct they do come back into season if they loose a litter , its perfectly normal for her to do so Oh. i didnt see anyone say she had lost a litter!!! He didnt even know if she was pregnant! They are starting another cycle when they come back into season, or there would be no point us having neutered ferrets!
  12. If she had given birth, she wouldnt be coming back into season till next year! She hasnt given birth, she was pregnant, unless she is still is from the first time. What was the date you lined her? Did you line her twice, to be safe?? And yes, if she didnt get caught, you can still ine her now......
  13. Just a simple question, when does a male dog stop growing, and particularly height wise Is it 18 mths, or 12 mths?
  14. she looks like is in season now. what does this mean It more than likely means, that your first atempt to line her, wasnt successful, watch the bleeding, if it carrys on, see the vet.
  15. Go togran canaria, (i know it is a bit extreme) lol, but go and see rabbit on the menu! My god, i was stunningly gorgous. It was FRIED RABBIT, DICED IN GARLIC! 23. Went and met a friend of mine who i bought my bullxgrey off on friday night. Bronco is 7 mths old, and only a month or so ago on here i was asking when he would start to work, as he just strolled about. He started chasing shortly afterwards, then really strated with nose down, flushing, bushing and generally performing. Went out with he on Wed night, saw 2 charlies and a deer, not very good for a dog learning the lamp. Any way up at my mates place, we headed out on to the moors, it was vast, with loads of running ground, My bull watched his uncle go down the lamp and do a few rabbits. It

Russ think my boy is a bit more slender although he eats like a horse lol, think maybe he has taken more to the whippet in him,not to botherd about size though,(thats what the old lady keeps tellin me) as long as he turns out ok. Yeah, mine is a stocky little fu.... , must have gone his dads way(colliexgrey) I have a skinny whippet saluki, so a stocky dog for the yorkshire land scape may help in my favour. cheers Russ
