Walked the dogs on this stretch of the dearne over the weekend and saw a shoal of hybrids ( at least i think they were) the light wasn't good...i know there's carp in that bit as well but they weren't carp.. might be roach or bream theres lots in there, plus tench and some very big carp, going to have a few days on there for the carp in a few weeks.

ryhill res, bottney pond at the side of the res is a good place, the old dearne at the back of tinkers pond is a good place some big pike in there, or try the river dearne itself.

that silver blade with the gold handle fits inside the other thing with the leather piece at the top, and it looks like it fits onto a belt, mabe its soe kind on big dagger ???? hope its worth ????????????????? as iam skint with no JOB

had 2 last season 8lb and a 14lb while fishing for barbel......i think the ghostie came out near north muskham on the none tidal, so iam told but dont no if its true, but yes there are some nice carp in the trent seen two 20lb mirrors come out.
