    I have now decided to sell my Beretta 687 silver pigeon 's' o/u shotgun. 12G 30" barrels, 3" chambers with spotless bores and spotless chambers, multi choke with 8 beretta mobil chokes and beretta choke key. Single selective trigger . Marked "sporting" on the barrels. Well timed strong ejectors and good primer strikes from the firing pins. Action is tight with no movement off the breech face whatsoever.     Hi after seeing a few Theoben Scirroco's up for sale and have always wanted 1 as it was the first ever air rifle i was allowed to use by my cousin! I am looking to swap: HW97K Mk1 .22 Venom Ultraglide tuned with fitted Venom slim silencer/underlever catch. Blacked compression tube done at the same time as the tuning.     Thanks for the tips guys! I bought some 150grain sierra gameking sbt bullets today. Have loaded 30 of em in batches of 5 with different loads of varget, all with an oal of 2.750" as per the sierra i-5 ballistic suite i have on my laptop. Can't wait to try em out!!! ATB Daz

    Hi i will be reloading .308 soon using varget and cci large rifle primers (same components as i use for reloading my 22-250) in Lapua brass. As i will be using the .308 for roe,sika and red deer which bullets and which weights should i give a go?? (thinking of 150-180 grain) I know its a min of 100grain for all deer with the exception of roe. The rifle is a Winchester Mod70 Featherweight 1-12" twist I'm looking for recommendations from experienced deer stalkers. Thanks Daz

    Thanks for the info Jamie it is already screw cut 1/2 UNF and will be coming with a new Wildcat P8 fitted and rings and bases for my WTC 3.5-10x50. Baz is sorting out some pics for me soon. Just hope it doesn't take ages for the variation to come back!!! ATB Daz

    Hi has anyone any experience of the Winchester Mod 70 centrefire rifles? I am looking at a featherweight in .308 for deer stalking. I have heard that they are well made with a good action and are very accurate?? Any advice on the gun is welcome! ATB Daz

    Hi Jamie yes its a very good indicator of vermin on the ground. Managed to drop that fox 2 nights later with the 12G Baikal 2 3/4"BB Was well pleased to get him! ATB Daz

    Camera was placed on a fence post next to a wooded area. My cam uses a flash so isn't good for catching poachers, but it get some cracking wildlife pics! ATB Daz

    Here's a couple of pics i got with my "stealthcam" baited with a couple of woodies!! Manage to catch a few pics of the female kestrel and only 1 of the young fox, which i got 2 days later. Have had some really good pics!! ATB Daz

    Hi mate you are limited to range with a .22 rimfire of about 50yds for head shots and 90yds for .17HMR Shot placement is everything using rimfires on foxes to ensure a clean kill with no wounding ATB Daz

    Hi i started out using my Beretta 687 12G with 3" no3 or BB shot for foxes, but found getting them really close quite difficult. I had 3 foxes this way then went FAC and now use my .22-250 As already said big shot size+tight choke ( 3/4 or full) and get em as close as you can (<40yds) Good luck mate Happy foxing ATB Daz
