I’m aiming for 27/28” for my next bitch pup, That’s why i’m asking about so much about stud. Guy messaged me earlier local to me he has whippet greyhound with a bit of deerhound way back. Sounds promising , hopefully the whippet would bring the height down some

Guy i know has a saluki bull grey, looks racy and takes Teeth no problems, Probably the best mix to go down i’m starting to think, for all rounderness. Aslong as i can get a hairy pup out it that is, don’t like smooth

I’ve not seen much working , but i’m very new to it still i’m only 25, not seen much because my mates run wheaten grey bulls or saluki greys. Don’t know much people who run deerhound or deerhound Xs except from knowing them from here or facebook

Just what i like mate. And id like to breed my own, i know theres others out there that can do the job a lot better, but you like what u like at the end of the day

I am easily pleased. And there my favourite breed of all time the breed that got me into this , so if it ain’t deerhound i don’t want it regardless if there are other dogs out there that can do the job 10x better mate. And if i can use my bitch it’s all the better as i’ve bred them, I might even have a Pure deerhound litter in 5 years if i still have them both, both kc reg’d they’d make some nice pures cheers
