must say mate you look pretty restricted on space there for a harris ,there looks very little weathering area or much to offer visual stimulus to a very sociable bird, this can lead to boredom which can lead to problems such as screaming,feather plucking ,territorial ownership issues which if youve got close neighburs is going to be a problem ,i suggest you have a good look around this and other specialist falconry forums at peoples set up beforehand,space is just like time if you aint got it dont do it
