  1. heelo my navara used to slide every were even in the dry (slight heavy right foot) needed new tyres so i put cooper st discovers on they have a softer compound than bfg all terrains so they grip better still and now it only slids if i boot it round corners or flick it about hard. the best thing to do is to not accelerate until pointing in a straight line. they have alot of power at the back and it forces the tyre to slip good fun when you want it slid though and if it does slip just eas off and slightly coorect the steering and it will come back fine.
  2. on if you have some spare time you can make a log spliter there are a couple of ways to go. 1) hydraulic bit complicated to make but quick to use 2) use a screw cone to split its a big steel cone treaded like a screw it draws the would up it and the width of the cone splits it. i use number 2 but it sits on my tractor and runs of the PTO bit dangerous if the log grips on the cone and starts to spin
  3. and i did have to climbe out the window to take that photo but it was wurth it to see my mate gutted in his pajero stuck just were i parked
  4. mine clutch has worn a bit but it seems along way from going. the only thing that has gone on mine was the water jet pump and that was because of all the water this year the terminals rusted and broke. but the floods were good fun . just a one up for a nissan i did have to pull a land rover up hill when it was snowing although it was a freelander but still a land rover
  5. i have got to say nissan are better than land rove i have had both and spent 1 day a week fixing something on my landy but i do still love em
  6. my nissan is tsill going strong it has got 44.5k on on it now . i know a chap how had 4 L200's and they have all been replaced by nav's he had 2 clutches 3 engins 1 gear box and 6 head gaskets on his L200'S while he had them the oldest one was 03. and for off road tyres cooper st discoveres are the best out there 60/40s grip to the road really well. the dulers i had on before done 36 k bad on the road and bad off road.
  7. i have a 54 rally raid nivara and it is the best truck i have ever had. quick and powerfull i took it to a landrover of road course and they were amazed at how far it went would post a picture of it but cant upload it. says the file is to big but will e-mail it to you got a good one of it in the mud so i could not open the doors so i climed out the window took the pic got in and drove off
  8. i had a gunpower stealth that was a brillant gun a part from loading on pellet at a time really acurate and powerfull if you have the moderator on it it is really quite
