Just got in couldnt help myself with the weather being good. Took blue my 8 month old bull whip grey pup, after getting him fit for the last 2 weeks i decided now was a good time to try his first night out with the lamp. There was loads of rabbitts on the 2 fields i visited but picked out the one in the middle that was squatting. Walked up with the lamp left on got to within 15 yards ish, slipped blue who went steadily up the beam untill the moment id been waiting for happened. Blue was fast on his white tail and got hedge side of it just matching it for speed and running along side it just w

was vertually in exactly the same predicament about nine and a half years ago [bANNED TEXT] and my advice would be if you can the dog has summut special about him then its worth it. gave my dog the chance and he's done me proud, it cost me $1400 in the end coz he had a few complications but i'd pay it all again to have another dog like him. theres nowt i aint had with him.he's eleven year old now and it plays him up a little on really cold mornings but only in the last couple of years, up untill then if you didn't know the dog you would have laughed if i'd told you he'd broken it. my advice wo

Max came home last friday and what a pain in the arse he's being. I carnt blame him he must be in alot of pain, he keeps standing on his knuckles, is this normal?

Just got back from the vets they aint even fixed him yet. They wouldnt touch him untill i pay for it because i wasnt registered with them. Disgusting! So my dog has been in pain with a broken leg for about 25 hours now and there not treating him untill tommorro morning so that'll be 36 hours. Need i tell you what i think of the vets in this country?

Your absolutly right swampy thats a good way of looking at it. Like i say his excellent, this was his first proper season and he's caught whatever i wanted him to. Steady with ferrets. Marks fox to ground. Jumps even the highest of gates. Any situation put in front of him he tries his hardest. I carnt ask for more than that can i? It always happens to the best dongs.

Thanks alot for these replies because i really feared that he wouldnt be the same again. But you've all put faith back in me now. He certainly wont be seeing anything untill next season now. Thanks again guys i really appriciate it.

It doesnt really matter though he's worth it. He has really excelled this season i would say he's not reprasable now.

Thanks mate. He's a 2 year old so fully developed. Its a clean break so like you say should be staight forward enough. Anyone any idea's on how much it will cost?

Just got back from the vets. I took my bull cross out earlier, and whilst he was running through some xmas tree's i heard a big snap which i thought was a branch and max yelp. He was chasing a rabbitt i think so he must of hit whatever he hit pritty hard. He's broken his thema (not sure how to spell it) the main bone above the knee. Its going to be expensive i know but he's an excellent dog so he's worth it. Can people please tell me what are his chances of being 100% again? Many thanks Stan

Sorry to hear about this mate. If you find the people let me know i will happily help you out. I was told on saturday by a lad i used to go to school with that a lad called LEON TILT is stealing dogs for drug money. So anyone in my area you now have his name. I will tell as many people this name now. God help him or anyone else that try's to steal my dogs. I WILL SHOOT YOU IF I CATCH YOU TRYING TO STEAL MY DOGS. Which im sure most lads on hear would do.
