i dont want a rise mate lol

what im suppose to believe lads on here lol

bull x that can hack 2 full nights a week single handed ?

    whippets kill strong hares

i really havent heard such absolute garbage in me life mate its not one bit believable at all

unless its teenagers listeming mate ?

You could try believing that not everyone needs the same from a dog? I'm sure your dogs suit you but they'd be next to useless and probably a liability for me and plenty of others.

Lurchers are adaptable creatures and can turn their hands to lots of different things, which is lucky as there are lots of different quarrys, terrains and hunting styles. Different crosses suit different people otherwise they wouldn't exist.

Hares are not the be all and end all for everybody.

Just enjoy your dogs but please, for the love of God, stop trying to ram the wretched things down everyone's throat!

you no whats nuts mate everything i said would be true mate ?

If they are as good as you say it'd be good to see no doubt. Even if they aren't I reckon you are the kind of bloke who comes across badly online but probably be a ok in person. Either way i can't see it happening as you're miles away and all my llurchers are ancient now

I've been up the mountains in North Wales with a good mate off here and his dogs, mine didn't have a clue...they just won't range out as that's not how I hunt here.... his were excellent and it was great fun watching from the tops as they hunted off below.... after a day or 2 mine started to go out a bit more, and we caught a few bits... as you say there's a big difference to hunting around a field and casting off to find and hunt scent .... very impressive imo

Mine are the same when I visit Owain

I'm pretty sure you'd already have plenty of choices to go for mate, without waiting  for someone to create 'a line' of this 'type'.

Think it was tatsblisters on here, that made the point of some of the bigger type non peds being 'more or less' the same thing?

There must be loads of litters and potential studs available, going through that route?

I would hope so! I would be be looking for a dog that already exists for a start. I'm not interested in any particular line, especially one that hasn't started yet, just a dog thats doing the job.

I'm a long way off doing anything about it anyway, just musing more than anything

Yeah, got water and 12v solar system. The solar is plenty for lights and charging stuff, even got a WiFi dongle as phone signals crap there.

I bought the land and had that from before, I built it about 6 years ago as a bit of a marital lifeboat, so just moved it onto the land. I dont live in it full time but do spend a lot of time there

They look amazing. I've got a terrible addiction to the ones from the local M&S garage lol, they are wildly overpriced but I just can't help myself. Home made ones could easily be the death of me! Luckily my Mrs is barely domesticated so not likely to be a problem
