Understand all your arguments lads but the same people were just the other side of the bridge the other day in my old area so I will give you a couple of things to consider.

First of all, as we are all painfully aware, coherent, logical arguments mean absolutely f**k all in today’s Britain……the lesson from the government themselves is that extremists are rewarded, applauded and beatified while your ordinary bloke can go f**k himself !

Second, at the minute and for only a short while longer, we have the right to peaceful protest…..long, and I mean long, may that continue……anyone sticking up for what they believe using rights we seem so keen to throw away should be at least respected, even if you don’t agree.

People in my old area were screaming like f**k about these people the other day because they brought the whole borough to a standstill……this borough has been decimated over the last 20 years and it’s only getting worse, much worse !

Everyone moans about it but if they had the courage to do what these people are doing maybe the place they live wouldn’t have been stolen from them and ruined ?

    Anyway, a pain the arse?….yes

Worth suffering ?……I think so, for all sorts of good reasons.

I agree the talk of ending peaceful protest is a f*****g joke and long may protesting continue

I think in general with people like this in my opinion & i am more than willing to listen & be put right about it as im not 100% sure but how many of them really are there for truly believing, and how many are there for just thinking they are "edgy" and rebelling for rebelling sake

I also cant really make you wrong that coherent arguements dont get s**t done when you mention it,but also would say what have these people achieved?

I agree too you can admire their solidarity, thats a big part in todays world where we lose out imo,no solidarity & standing firm

The saddest part, and it doesnt mean you should ignore the issue, is that nobody really gives a f**k and the things making the planet worse are things people are going to continue doing over & over, all you can do is your part

That looks a perfect shade of tea mate,my shade exactly, although we will clash on the tetleys, and the milk in first?im certainly not from the upper crust of society either?

Interesting about the reasons behind milk in first or after though

  3. Haye carrying his pal for 8rds or whatever it was was farcical

Really dont know whats up with boxing atm,its always been f****d up we know that but something about it lately is just making it increasingly hard to follow,

From things like the other week Warren not even streaming the best fight of the night on youtube,or anywhere,to the numerous double standards, promoters failing to promote fights properly, gill vs taylor has just been announced wtf is that all about thats not even a competitive fight, all these YouTubers and silly fights

I dont begrudge any man a few quid, but there is ways everyone can earn big in boxing without making a mockery of the sport, i might lose a lot of bods here but ive recently been watching a lot of NCAA wrestling from the states, the lineage of wrestling for one thing is an interesting read, hailed as one of,if not the oldest, sport in the world & the training & dedication aspect of it is unreal, and the competitive nature and battle of wits and the spirit of most of these people is admirable in the extreme, plus you cant cherry pick in wrestling due to the way it is set out,a lot of folk will give it all the wrestlings for girls lark but many men wouldlnt last the training, same with the UFC it was never really my bag but i am loving it these days due to the way it is run

Again people reckon "kicking is for girls" and all this but there is nothing moody about getting a kick right on the button then having some c**t leap all over you and try & choke you

When done right, boxing is a sport that no other can come close too but at the moment it just aint being done anywhere near right

Tea is taken very seriously in places like Mauritius India and Sri Lanka I’ve been fortunate to visit all of those places and I’ve always done the tea tour at the end it’s like a ritual how it’s served etc it just makes you appreciate it more.

Coffee I don’t really get involved with these days sends me a bit mad but I’ve tasted some good stuff in Costa Rica Cuba and the famous Blue Mountain Coffee of Jamaica I’m like the Alan Whicker of beverages lol look him up if your not sure who I am on about he was a 70s traveller of the globe very English in the way he presented and conducted himself.

Yeah ive read about how prestigious tea is in some places,Im not overly clued up on it all but Ive seen snippets, that tea tour sounds good mate,id go on one

I have coffee a lot more than i used too but nowhere near as much as tea

Haha i will have a look mate?

  5. Yeah proper tea is leaves isnt it,brewed in the pot

I was once talking to a man (forget what nationality he was) but he was telling me us Englishmen drink tea all wrong for a drink many of us love ?he regaled me with all sorts of reasons why we dont do it right, and then went in to one about all the bags being sprayed with all sorts of s**t

Thats as may be,but i am always stocked up on me yorkshire tea & always restock before the last bags out?

I like strong tea so i will try that tetley extra strong ?

  6. Id have to second the greasy caff option, coffee is a coffee

Im with you boys on the yorkshire tea?thats my drink with a bit of honey,or i can take it black

I laughed at this because a month or two ago i had me Dad on the phone after having the same experience of just wanting a coffee and having to go through the rigmarole of all the questions and the reaction out of him at the time was hilarious?

I will say though bar italia does a good drop of coffee but for one thing im a tea man and for another if i havent made a tea or coffee at home its usually out of a greasy spoon or some moody burger van

  7. Not too sure who officially passed him to fight but they need to give their head a good wobble

I know the first athletic commission that sanctioned the original farce of de la hoya fighting, said no way to holyfield fighting,so they had to go to a different commission

  8. Who ever has Holyfield got round him? A load of divs by the looks of it,he should have been saved from himself,De La Hoya-Belfort was a joke in the beginning, bringing a 58year old Holyfield with terrible reflexes & a history of gruelling fights just took the piss...

Pro boxing is laughable these days,i much prefer following the gyms up and down the country where the trainers and boxers still have the utmost respect for the sport,Triller and all these YouTubers are reducing one of the truest tests you can put yourself through into a mugs game

Been a bad couple of weeks for boxing, very bad, Sam Eggington had a great fight on Friday, but in general the sports in a bad way

  9. Webb showed himself up there

Stuck it on wardley, and basically folded when it was stuck back on him

We are all an expert from the comforts of our chairs, but there was no boxing savvy there from webb, just held his hands aloft like a big stiff and done nothing

Don't see big things on the horizon  for wardley but fairplay to him

I like Joyce, seems a decent down to earth lad.

He doesn't look spectacular but he's a machine and could cause problems for any of the top HW's barring Fury who I think would be all wrong for him.

I hope he gets a shot at AJ providing both get through their bouts, Joyce may just take AJ in to deep waters and drown him.

Me to,I was reading his trainer said his work ethic and work rate is very high,he's humble and always willing to listen,he said he doesn't pick up new techniques quickly,it takes time but he gets it well

I agree, furys too good for him but I think he may have the raw edge to him to as you say, drag Joshua into deep water

  11. I like joe joyce, hes just a big rough and tumble type who'll stick it all over you and apply bundles of pressure,I've got a lot of time for takam aswell, two fit strong men but we all know takam is one of the gatekeepers and it's joes night

Boxing atm is really leaving a lot to be desired though in my opinion, for example how is Dubois, who joyce has just beaten mandatory for the wba before joe?? & some of the politics, lack of promotion for the events,no terrestrial broadcasters give a damn about it,josh Taylor became undisputed the other week, massive achievement & little,if any coverage in the media

Golden boy are matching some decent fights atm but in general there's some poor fights knocking about lately,Caleb plants team don't seem eager to get him in the biggest fight of his life, fury & Joshua looks like may Pac all over again.

Meanwhile in the UFC the right fights are happening at the right time time and time again,it's easier with everyone being under the one banner but still, that's how a competitive sport should be,you should want to mix it amongst the best of your peers, bods say boxing is boxing and we have to live with it but that attitude don't help no body- boxing news are only recognizing the transitional boxing titles and not the alphabet moody ones and good on em for it

I think a lot of boxings appeal comes from its rich rich history, when mma has built up a history for years and years it will become held in just as high regard imo,mma didn't do a lot for me in the past but the way it is run s***s all over current pro boxing, boxing I prefer now is am/small hall as the world scene is an absolute circus

  12. Them meal prep services ain't half handy if you're busy or in a rush or just can't be messed to do them your own self,me and the boys was using them a while back but I've got used to doing me own meals for the time being again in them little prep containers

As for sugars if bods struggle going cold turkey on refined sugar then put a drop of honey in your tea,I used to be mad on a bag of crisps but if you drop all that out,cut right down on takeaways and booze and know your body, workout the best plan for you and when it gets a bit stale and you start to stagnate, change it up

Can't beat a proper diet of good wholesome nutritious food, plenty of fruit and veg,bit of creatine and just the will power and discipline to stick it all out - even if I have a Take away I try and have a chicken shish,no chips an that,or an Indian,no bread,no chips or sides, but of course you've got to have your moments where you f**k it all off and get a lovely plate of grub with all the trimmings

Proper diet, plenty of water, honey instead of sugar and plenty of pull ups, push ups, burpees, squats, boxing and the compound weight lifts have always seen me right ?

  13. Small hall/domestic boxing is where it's at these days most of the time to be fair

The heart, the will, the hunger & competitive nature, don't get me wrong you still get some s**t matchups where the home fighter is basically just having a move about, but that's boxing, but in general the smaller shows are better all round some of the current stuff in world boxing is just laughable lately, and it's a real shame to see

And as for mcgregor,he was getting teed off on and is still giving it all the mouth,I have rated mcgregor in the past and thought he has been great in the cage at times but you've fallen right off and still going on and on,I almost admire him for it?

  14. Going to be absolutely  no jacking from billyjoe

Only want a fair shake,Canelo is world class and his team pulling strokes show that he has a bit of something there in his head for bill, rates what he's capable of when he's on job,and despite the talk this will only spur Bill on more on the night

Whatever people think of him, what he is what he aint,he's a world class boxer himself and you will see a very very good showing from him in there,I'm behind him all the way win lose or draw it's a tough job in there on the night and he is 100% ready, best shape of his career and switched on
