  4. It took him 18 years to harvest those animals mate, each was taken with a bow.I think your a exceptionally lucky guy to live where you do and be in the profession your in

I have to tell you, I wont exchange it for anything in the world. It is something I feel every hunter sould experience atleast once in their life...

  5. Some of the trophy animals from the Tom Miranda African video,i have seen some pics of amazing trophy rooms on american forums.

I have to tell you, I have seen some mexican trophyrooms, and it is amazing...but these on the picture is also pretty nice...that is a result of a couple of years hunting...

  6. To me a 375 is the perfect all round caliber...my double dont like me loading over 300gr because of the pressure it makes, but I feel that is all I need, I did use a 350gr Woodleigh at one stage, but yes my rifle didnt like it alot...and yes sir I am a ph, my grandfather was a hunter, and my dad is still today a ph, so I grew up hunting, and since I can remember, it was all I wanted to do...

  7. If that's a real profile image, and this is just my opinion...

You make me sick. You should be hung up and skinned.

    Just my opinion mate.

    Peace.

Luckily it is your opinion, and everything is done legally, so if I can hunt Elephant legally, I WILL do so...you have no idea how many hungry kids got fed from this bull meat...there is no difference between shooting a rabbit legally and shooting an Elephant legally...and that is my opinion

Millions of rabbits in the world

    how many elephants ?.

    mac

In Botswana alone there is 10 000 elephant to much...there is alot of elephant around, and it is because of a hunting ban that Kenya lost so many elephant...so by me hunting 1 or 2 a year, I make a contribution to anti poaching...

  8. nice rifle what calibre is it

id like to hunt elephant ,if i ever won the lotery LOL

    cheers Dan

Halo Dan, it the one in the picture is a 375h&h but I also shoot a 470ne...it helps a bit for the big stuff...and yes Elephant is a hard hunt, walking miles and miles just to get to that lone bull, big tusker, but the age is not right, so you have to let him go...

  10. So I am from South Africa so we dont have bears, or wolves or something like that, but what is your favourite big game animal to hunt?? Mine is by far the black death...nothing beats that stare he gives you when he is 30meters away and see you...you just know it just got real...snorting and shaking his head...what a feeling

  11. I bought a hudson AT44 a while ago and I am amazed how well it shoots...I push a 8,55gr bullet through it and at 30meters I shoot a 1cm grouping...now this is with no wind at all, but I have shot it at 100meter and can still shoot a decent grouping, but obviously it has no power at that range and I have to compensate quite alot...
