  4. View Advert BSA Ultra .177 mmc Hi, I'm looking for a BSA Ultra .177 multishot mmc. So the old model with the cocking knob at the front. I had one but sold it - regretted it immediately! Thank you and kind regards, Louis Advertiser louisvanhovell Date 15/11/19 Price Category Airguns

  6. View Advert Daystate Sportsman Mk1 Hi, I'm looking for a Daystate Sportsman Mk1. The multipump pneumatic from the eighties. A rare beast! A stock for the gun would be great as well, as my friend has an action but no stock. Who knows! Many thanks, Louis Advertiser louisvanhovell Date 11/09/19 Price Category Airguns
  7. +1 for John Bowkett. He designed the gun and his work is second to none. On top of that, he is very very nice to deal with. Leave him a message on 0121 745 4287 and he will get back to you. He worked his magic on a few of my BSA's including my fac S10. He will not only service it, but also improve it. Cheers, Louis Image courtesy of John Bowkett's official fanpage
  8. View Advert Sharp pellet tub Hi, I'm looking for a Sharp pellet tub. They came with a green, orange or blue lid. Manchester Airguns sold them in the good old eighties together with the Innova's and Ace's. Would be fantastic to find one! I'm prepared to pay a good price as these are rare. 9. View Advert Beeman C1 .22 - 85 pounds bargain - reserved pending payment Hi, I'm selling my Beeman C1 .22. It's a bargain at only 85 pounds. I recently fitted a Maccari kit from the US, which makes this gun super smooth to shoot. It was made by Webley for Dr Robert Beeman in the US who wanted a fast pointing carbine hunting rifle. Any questions, please ask. Cheers, Louis Advertiser louisvanhovell
  10. View Advert Sharp Innova Hi, I'm looking for a Sharp Innova in .22, and paperwork for this classic Japanese pumper. An original box would be very nice as well! And a front sight hood. Kind regards, Louis Advertiser louisvanhovell Date 12/04/19 Price Category Airguns
  11. Hi, a BSA Ultra would fit the bill perfectly. Reliable, built like a tank, light, compact, plenty of shots for a hunting session, accurate, good value for money. Shoots well out of the box, but there are also lots of tuning/customising options (eg. Huma reg, different stocks, caliber swaps). I've got 3, will never sell them. Good luck with your search and enjoy!
  12. View Advert Ultishot or Hunta Vitesse Hi, I'm looking for a needle in a haystack: an Ultishot air shotgun, or a Hunta Vitesse 8. Who knows! Many thanks, Louis Advertiser louisvanhovell Date 04/03/19 Price Category Airguns

  14. John Bowkett BSA Meteor View Advert Hi, I'm looking for a needle in a haystack: a BSA Meteor that has been tuned by John Bowkett (he did that in the eighties iirc). Condition doesn't matter, it's also fine if it's in parts. Many thanks, Louis Advertiser louisvanhovell Date 12/11/18 Price Category Airguns

  16. Hi, my name is Louis and I enjoy hunting both with fire arms and air rifles. I prefer air rifles to be honest, as I find them more accessible and less dangerous. My collection consists of: BSA Sptifire, Firebird, Ultra, Superten. All blueprinted by John Bowkett last December. And a fac FX Bobcat in .25 :-) I also have a 12 gauge Merkel over and under, and a .308 Heym stutzen. I'd actually like to ask if someone has experiences with the Titan Bearcat? It looks like a lovely little gun, and I've heard that they are well made (JB design, need we know more). I am looking for one, b
  17. Thank you Haiddeliwhr :-) A pic of my Heym SR20 with the s/h IOR scope that I purchased yesterday. Almost payday......... It's a 2.5-10x56 ir. Not as heavy as I'd expected. 56 because I will be using it for full moon high seat wild boar shooting in Germany.
  18. Hi, I'm thinking about buying a s/h Browning 325, and wondered if anyone can advise me how to find out if it's a steel rated gun? Would the age give and indication? Or would there be a mark on the barrel indicating the testing pressure? Just asking as the seller lives quite far away and doesn't know either. Many thanks Louis
  19. Many thanks j j m, The one and Gamegetter. @ Gamegetter, I live near Okehampton, very nice area just above Dartmoor. What kind of hunting do you like? I still have to visit Torquay btw, have heard that it's very nice.
  20. Hi there :-) My name is Louis and I'm a 29 year old Dutch vet (small and large animals) living and working in Devon. Unfortunately I'll soon move back to Holland (Amsterdam) as my girlfriend wants me back. But this forum is and still will be interesting for me, as I'm a keen hunter and hope to come back to the UK (no, I'm not going to write the B word, which ends in rexit). I've got a shotgun and firearm certificate, here in the UK and back home. My collection consists of a Merkel o/u 12 gauge, AYA sbs 12 gauge, .308 Heym SR20 stutzen, and many many air rifles. Tbh I prefer hunting with my air
  21. Hi optelic2, I've just bought a .25 fac Eliminator producing 26 FP. Was looking for info on the gun, and then I came across your post, which made me decide to join this forum. Is it possible that I've bought your gun? That would be cool! Mine belonged to a former Theoben employee. I'm new to this forum, will write an intro, now I'm going out to see if I can bag a bunny with my .25 48 FP Bobcat . If you ask me the logical question, what's the serial no. of your Eli?, then I can't answer you yet, it's going to be sent to my rfd somewhere this week. But it would be a bit of a coincidence to hav
