    Titan/Bowkett book View Advert Hi all, John Bowkett and I have written a book. The 150 copies arrived on Thursday morning. Most were spoken for during the pre-sale phase, but a limited number are still available. Each copy is hand-numbered and signed by both John and me. It’s a linen-bound hardback, 216 pages, featuring over 260 photographs - many from John’s personal collection. This book is the result of nearly two years of intensive work from both of us. The price is £110 plus postage from Amsterdam (£127 total for UK buyers).

    Thank you mackem! I have tried to contact Mr Morris in a number of ways (via YouTube, Facebook, Linkedin, and ATEO, an organization that he seems to be involved with), but no reply so far. Fingers crossed that I will succeed, as Mr Morris probably has lots of stories to tell. Cheers, Louis

    Hi, I've started to write a book about the late, great John Darling of Seaford, East Sussex. John was well known for his (airgun) hunting, fishing and writing skills.     Hi, a BSA Ultra would fit the bill perfectly. Reliable, built like a tank, light, compact, plenty of shots for a hunting session, accurate, good value for money. Shoots well out of the box, but there are also lots of tuning/customising options (eg. Huma reg, different stocks, caliber swaps). I've got 3, will never sell them. Good luck with your search and enjoy!

    Hi, my name is Louis and I enjoy hunting both with fire arms and air rifles. I prefer air rifles to be honest, as I find them more accessible and less dangerous. My collection consists of: BSA Sptifire, Firebird, Ultra, Superten. All blueprinted by John Bowkett last December. And a fac FX Bobcat in .25 :-) I also have a 12 gauge Merkel over and under, and a .308 Heym stutzen. I'd actually like to ask if someone has experiences with the Titan Bearcat?     Thank you Haiddeliwhr :-) A pic of my Heym SR20 with the s/h IOR scope that I purchased yesterday. Almost payday......... It's a 2.5-10x56 ir. Not as heavy as I'd expected. 56 because I will be using it for full moon high seat wild boar shooting in Germany.

    Hi, I'm thinking about buying a s/h Browning 325, and wondered if anyone can advise me how to find out if it's a steel rated gun? Would the age give and indication? Or would there be a mark on the barrel indicating the testing pressure? Just asking as the seller lives quite far away and doesn't know either. Many thanks Louis
