    I’m looking at getting another pup soon ready for next season (one after this season coming before people start moaning ?) I’ve already got my bull x for bigger game but we’ve got a lot of “big rabbits” round here so I’m looking for opinions on what would suit best on them. Obviously on Big land a big saluki or saluki x would be ideal but we’ve mostly got smaller meadowy fields and a few bigger but they ain’t massive so need something to get up on em quick, any help appreciated cheers

    Cheers for all the replies, only reason I asked is because my dog was worked hard through winter until injury at which point I had keep him on lead and not much exercise so he has got out of shape and that's why I though jogging him out on bike for a couple miles would help build core fitness without risking injury or him getting on something. I've found a good spot where not many people go and there's no game at all thank god so I'll try him out late tonight when it cools off. Thanks again

    Does anybody run there dogs next to a bike? If so how many miles do you start with and for how fast? And when do you up it and by how much? Cheers

    Get him to a different vet and the outcome was that he had damaged muscles around that area and there was fluid getting into his kidneys, apparently it's something that happens to race horses that get used a lot so was advised by vet to lay him up for a couple weeks then ease him back into work. Thanks to everybody that commented

    No he doesn't get fed the day I work him and yeah very fit we do a lot of work and 2 walks a day

    Dogs always spot on with peeing and pooing but whenever I take him for a night on lamp or day time he can't do either for a few days. I took him to vet he gave me antibiotics but doesn't seem to have worked so wondering if anyone on here has got any ideas? Maybe had it with there dog? Cheers

    Sorry about another lamp question but I've decided to get a lightforce striker 170 and I'm just wondering what the best battery is to get for a real bright beam and to last a long time? Cheers in advance

    I've just secured some permission but the land is massive open fields and I've got a clulite plr 500 and these fields made it look like an everyday torch ? So looking for advice on a good lamp set up for big fields cheers

    I've got a bull x dog, he's 16 month old now done a bit with him last season was shaping up to be a good dog but this season we've started again and every time I slip him on let's say a rabbit if he misses he'll hunt up the whole field and scare everything else away before coming back but if he were to catch then he comes straight back with his catch. Any helpful advice appreciated hoping that someone might know what to do about it? Cheers
