    We had a call today from a chap in the Hartlepool area, looking for a well handled ferret to live as a pet with a ferret he already has. We have nothing suitable here in the rescue just now,- but someone on this site may be able to help him out. PM me Thanks

    Update,- the pup has had the operation at Edinburgh. There was only one shunt in the liver.and everything went perfect. Edinburgh have been fantastic. The pup is due home on Saturday. The best news is that MoreThan pet insurance have agreed to pay out, after talking to the vets. Very good of the insurance team, and its a big relief.

    Best bet is Lurcher Rescue,- North East Lurcher Rescue or Northumberland Lurcher/Greyhound Rescue. Lots of lads are giving up the dogs.

    Black Labrador dog pup for sale. 5 Months old, fully innoculated. Registered. Retrieves feather to hand. Walks to heel off lead. House trained. Pedigree is mostly field trial champions.     Its now £49 to have it repaired or serviced,- quoted from Deben. Still cheaper than a new one, but still costly.

    27 ferrets just now,- jills and castrated hobs. Got about four that i can pick from for working, (others would also work) but prefer one called Meadow, crackin worker. We run a ferret rescue, and was once upto 60 here.

    I have just found out that Debby had the pup never without insurance,- or so she thought. She got the 6 weeks KC Pet Plan cover when she registered the pup on getting it, then transfered the insurance to MoreThan when the 6 weeks ended (same day ). Does not work like that.

    That seems very good insurance cover. I will change to that one next time mine is due for renewal.

    The pup is home today on medication till 2 weeks time, and back to the vets teaching hospital in Edinburgh, where the surgeons think they can put it right. Its such a loved family pet they would pay what-ever it cost,- just narked about the insurance.

    A friend of mine has a 5 month old Labrador pup,- runt of litter,- its small so was taken to different vets at about 10 weeks old for check ups, and got a clean bill of health. Just a small dog but healthy. A few days ago i got a phone call asking for help,- the pup was ill and the owners hubby was working away,- so i went to see the pup,- it clearly needed a vet,- so got the pup to the vets. Its a much loved pet so the owner (Debby) said do whatever it takes to put her right as we are insured. It was an overnight stay, then because of its condition, it was transfered to the Vets teaching ho
