Thanks for the advice guys, ive hot an n1000 on it at the mo and it has a few "fish eye" marks, its definatly the laser as when i use just it with no illumination on a moonlit night the picture is clear as a bell, i do like the laser tho as its small and light

Would be interested to hear from anybody in west cornwall with an interest in beekeeping, i would love to know more about it and hopefully get a hove or two of my own!!

Ive got a gr. 3 c grade archer but my ir illumination is not great. Can anuone recommend a good illuminator?

I treat my sheds and fences in all my engine oil, it does seem to do the trick, it is apparently bad for you tho so it might be an idea to put gloves on before you slap it all over everything! ( i haven't bothered do far and im still living!!)

Ive got a 1417 and if you do decock the bolt you can recock it by grabbing the front bit and twisting it back until it snaps into the cocked position
