  1. ive just been on ebay and seen this night vision set up for sale, is it any good?, worth bidding on?. I cant really afford a professional one yet and wondered it this would do the job for now? thanks in advance http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130934888634?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
  2. how long does it last with the upgraded battery compared with the original? Thanks Todd
  3. when i said south mimms i ment potters bar , not sure why i put that thats to one thats now shut down i went shooting with my brother now and the air lasted all day, which im really suprised about as we were both using pcps and fired 1500 pellets between us all day, it was at 220 bar and its only a 3lt bottle too, its now only at 140 bar so a refill is due
  4. Ok thanks paul I will try ronny sunshines, I've been meaning to go there soon anyway after seing their website. I think I could spend alot of money in there
  5. ive run my dive bottle down and want to get it refilled asap, my usual dive shop in london colney is shut until 2nd jan and i need it refilled before then, i went out to south mimms today to a dive shop called diversity, unfortunatly its shut down and now its a toy shop (the signs are stilll there though) does anyone know any others near me i could use? i could use my pump but would prefer to use my dive bottle (im not as fit as i once was) thanks guys Todd
  6. My lr laser mount hasn't turned up yet so it's not been fully tested, I've had a crisp image at 100 yards so far but I'm sure if will go further. I only shoot air rifles so its well within the maximum shot range anyway, I try to never shoot virmin at over 50 yards (perfect conditions) as I want as humane a kill as possible
  7. i wasnt to fussed about being it being hd, what is more important to me is the resolution of the flip out screen. To fix it to the scope use camera lens adapters (solid as a rock) john im loving the profile picture
  8. Thanks alot guys, I might get a night sight eventually, but the next thing on my list is a air arm tx200
  9. Should have said its a .22, thanks for the advise, I've got 6 tins of those so great Thanks again Todd
  10. ok heres mine first my springer- SMK Super Grade XS19 Custom Carbine Hunter with nikko stirling mountmaster 3-9 x 50 and jack pike sling next are my pcps- RWS LR-25 (i think they were falcon before??, same magazine system anyway), its a very good rifle but a tad loud without a moderator, very accurate though. I got it from my local gun shop in barnet for £475 (a special offer in a mag, was £550) i now reget not spending the extra £50 for a walnut stock, its with a nikko stirling mount master 4-12 x 50 scope ive saved the best for last- my weihrauch hw 10
  11. I thought i would share my new night vision scope that ive just finished making today, i originally wanted to buy a ns 50 from nightsight but at the time i had the money i saw the rifle pictured below for £600 it came with a bag, loads of pellets, a hill pump with moisture trap and the hawke hd scope and i always wanted a weihrauch so decided to get the rifle instead, with only a little money left i decided to do it myself the idea was borrowed from snypercat on youtube, she great you should check out her videos Its going to be used primarily on my hw 100s the scope is a hawke sport
  12. Hi im new to this forum, ive just added a hw100 to my collection , ive got a few different pellets to try out, i was just wondering what the best pellet to use is?, im going to be using it primarily for hunting but i will do the odd bit of target practice with it too. I find with my rws lr-25 that superdomes and h&n ftt are the best Thanks in advance
